Once again loving the gracious & good-natured CS reps who've processed multiple price adjustments for me this week.
ReplyDeleteAnd now that warmer weather is finally moving in, loving my 2012 vintage tees that are still going strong, no holes, no fading, no kidding.
Michelle from CS was amazing. She processed an adjustment, no one time courtesy line and was upbeat and offered to refer me to a VPS since mine got promoted. I sent an email to J Crew praising her, but figured she should get some love here too. Thank you Michelle for reminding me of one of the many reasons I love shopping there.
