"Looking to LOVE" with J.Crew

Another yay for JC customer service: On the 40% off sale day, I called to get an adjustment on the Colette in glitter mosaic, because the difference between what I paid and what it was that day was something like $40. The CS rep I spoke to said "let me take a look" and put me on hold for several minutes. I was worried that I was going to get an annoyed "one time courtesy" response (which used to be very common and in fact, is the reason I've stopped asking for adjustments unless the amount for a specific item is significant), but the reason it took so long was that she not only adjusted that item, and every other sale item on that order, she looked back over the past 7 days and adjusted every other item that shipped to me *from other orders* that was eligible for an adjustment. I didn't get her name (I should have) but she definitely went above and beyond. CS is still great, which really helps JC keep customers in spite of the increasingly hit-or-miss quality of its products.
