This was originally purchased on Ebay, so the inside tag is marked through with black marker (but it's hard to see since the tag is black). There is NO belt included, but you can easily substitute any skinny belt. It's 100% silk and unlined. I'm only selling because it's a little too tight on me (I'm typically a 2 in Jcrew anyway), while it zips, if I ate a meal at an event, it wouldn't be comfy anymore :) There's a back zip and hidden pockets on each side.
Approximate measurements in inches, dress laid flat:

Blazer is 2-button with flap front pockets, back vent, size 2 (style 63931).
Skirt has two button-front flap back pockets, center back slit, side zip and hook and bar closure, size 0 (style 63977).
