"Looking to LOVE" with J.Crew

  1. They sent a survey to customers! I wish it hadn't closed so soon, though.

  2. I bought a couple of pairs of pants on on sale at the Factory, and it seemed like they shipped to me faster than normal. They also arrived one day earlier than the expected delivery date.

    Like others, however, I haven't been shopping much as J.Crew retail/factory. I am bored with the offerings and refuse to pay full price on the few items I want.
