However, this is a great offer for those of us interested in one or two items below the previous $150 minimum.
Will you be taking advantage of this promotion? Any items you are interested in? If so, please share!
I'm all j.crew'd out.
ReplyDeleteI have 3 packages coming this week. One was from factory cancelling part of my order and then un-cancelling the item.
I have been stalking the sequin polka dot top and the metal pearl necklace but just can't bring myself to pull the trigger. Trying to decide if I should wait until after the holiday for possible further markdowns. I wouldn't hesitate if they offered 30 percent and free shipping...I will continue to dream.
ReplyDeleteThanks! I picked up an iPhone 5 leather case in turquoise. :)
ReplyDeleteI can't buy anything just now, it's too close to Christmas but does anyone know if the Lulu Frost jewellery ever goes on sale?
ReplyDeleteI've seen a few pieces receive a markdown. A couple bracelets last week went to sale.
DeleteThanks Heather!
DeleteHey - no fair. They increased the prices on a some Crewcuts sale items overnight, so this 25% promo is of greatly diminished value...
ReplyDeleteNothing for me this round of sales, but I have some reviews here.
ReplyDeleteIve really been wanting the denim pencil skirt (i have one from old navy that fits TERRIBLE but i love it as a modest alternative to shorts for my work at a daycare). Its been $40 plus tax and shipping for months and final sale, so i just ordered it for $29, tax, no shipping, and i can return to store if it doesnt fit.
ReplyDeleteI am all shopped out, with two boxes and two back ordered items on their way. But this is a great promo with no minimum! Happy shopping to all of you.
ReplyDeleteI wanted to order the polka dot ponte dress, but it was sold out in my size. I did a WWFIFY search and the VPS was nice enough to apply the discount. Can anyone comment on the fit of this dress? TTS hopefully?
ReplyDeletei'm usually a size 4 in dresses and it fit pretty well in a size small for me. (and i tried it on with a shirt under it like the pics and it still fit comfortably)
DeleteMiss JR - Thanks! Your comments make me think I got the correct size. I am almost always a size 6 or size small in JC dresses and I went with a size small. I hope they can find the dress for me!
DeleteI also have tried this dress in a XS and I usually take a 0 in JC dresses. Def fits true to size. Just did not work for me because I did not care for the "jersey" fabric.
DeleteThanks PerfectFit! Still haven't heard whether or not it's shipping, but it seems like I got the right size.
DeleteI will probably bite on this one. I really appreciate the RARE J. Crew no minimum free shipping offers.
ReplyDeleteOT question, in case anyone can help out a newb. The coat I ordered online was cancelled *sniff* so I thought I might call a few of the CDN stores to see if I can get one sent to me directly. My question is, what is the process if I needed to return? Am I stuck with it? Or could I send it back to that store via post?? There are no stores anywhere in my vicinity [Canada] so returning in person isn't an option, unfortunately.
ReplyDeleteThanks in advance for any info!
I don't know for sure, but I would imagine it would be similar to any other Canadian purchase not done in a Cdn store (even though technically yours would have been) - so you send it to the j.crew returns address in Virginia. Costs an arm and a leg from Canada though! It's a bummer. Americans get nice free shipping labels and we get the short end of the stick for sure.
DeleteWe do receive a UPS return label. However, the cost isn't free for the US unless there is a free return promo like they had on handbags & shoes thru 11/8. The cost to return is $5.95 for the 1st item; $7.50 for two or more items. Still not high, I'm sure, compared to Canada.
DeleteThanks for the help everyone! I was not able to locate the coat in any of the CDN stores - guess I'm on popback watch! (;
DeleteI ordered the Engineer Stripe Hoodie in sz. S and M to try for size. I don't think my b&m has that one in store. Hoping it looks cute. Will review once I get it.
ReplyDeleteI really like this kind of no minimum free ship promo but there isn't anything that I feel like buying. I think it's called "shopped out"!
ReplyDeleteAny reviews, sizing wise, on the city mini in Dublin tartan? I felt the fabric at the NO store and liked it and it seemed that the 10 would both fit me AND be long enough. My vps has it on hold at a store and I wanted to check before I said yes.
ReplyDeleteOT, have any of you ever not received your rewards card? The only reason I can get the mini is because my vps confirmed I had received one...so combined with the 25% off and a gift card, the mini is free. I am glad she reached out to me, otherwise I wouldn't have known.
Dina, I have tbe mini and felt that it looked better in my regular size than one size up as I usually do with minis. And it didn't look too short (plus, you can wear it a bit lower). I am not sure that I am going to keep it thought because of limited wearability. I ordered the felted wool in navy too and will decide between them.
DeleteOkay, good to know. If my vps can find it in an 8, I will ask her to send that one instead. Wish me luck! Thank you!
DeleteI'm becoming shopped out with all these sales! I just bought two Biennaials an Edie, a satchel for my daughter.
ReplyDeleteThis morning I saw this beautiful scarf I hadn't seen earlier when it was 30%... so I just had to take advantage of the free ship/25% offer for that!
Hopefully that's nice. After being spoiled with a flagship store; online is NOT the same
OT: I have a *25% Off any Madewell purchase of $100 or more* promo card.

Used it! Thank you!
DeleteAny more of these out there? I could put it to good use! Thanks!

Hi, ladies. Any thoughts on the Factory Puffer Jacket? I am contemplating a purchase given the 40% off promotion (and my birthday on Wednesday!), but low-quality down items aren't worth the trouble, no matter how great the price. Also, any advice on how the sizing runs in that jacket? I usually take a small but typically buy an extra small in Factory tops.
ReplyDeleteI have last year's long Factory puffer. It's TTS, I got Medium and I wear Medium in J. Crew tops. I like this coat. It's not crammed full of down and it's not weather-proof, so it's not going to be best cold weather coat you could buy, but it's warm enough to make it a cozy coat on a medium cold day. It's not bulky, which I also like.
DeleteThank you, cate! I think I'm going to go for it.
DeleteHi JCAs. :) Review of the chiffon top in this post.
ReplyDeletei am in rockville md on business and stopped by the montgomery mall location. they are stacking the 30% off sale with the tiered promo. i got the additional 30% off $250 on top of the 30% off sale items and bought a cashmere tippi for $63 bucks.
ReplyDeletenot too shabby
Thanks Stacy for your post... I called for an adjustment on a pair of Black Patent Valetinas I bought yesterday from that location and they stacked the 30% promos!
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone know if I will still be able to stack the promos if I go to my b&m?? Thanks!!
ReplyDeletenevermind, I see this promo is only good today. Bummer-
DeleteHello All:
ReplyDeleteI have a 25% off promo code for Coach. Please email me at ika.irsan@gmail.com if interested. It is one time use code only, so I will forward it to the first person who responds.
Thanks.
I ordered a skirt this morning and its already shipped!
ReplyDeleteBeen waiting for a plaid shirt and couldn't decide between the black watch vs the tartan perfect shirts so I decided to order both and then return one. Any opinions on the black watch vs. the tartan?
ReplyDeleteOh man. GREAT deals today due to being able to stack promotions.
ReplyDeletePurple Schoolboy Blazer in Wool Flannel - $48
Classic merino wool cardigan in purple/pink stripe - $20
Sequin polka dot top - $53
Invitation Clutch in nude/black dot - $37
SO excited about my purchases!!
EEEEEE.
SOOOOO JEALOUS!! But I'm heading to Chicago tomorrow and I'll be stopping at the store before the hotel.
DeleteI hope they offer a percent off and free shipping no min. again before Christmas. I would have placed an order. That is why I haven't ordered lately during any of the sales b/c the min. was too high. I was sick and in a dental chair most of yesterday so totally missed the sale:(
ReplyDeleteI used the promo at the last minute last night to get the herringbone blazers that popped back at $59.99
