Sought & Found: Did you visit J.Crew this {past} Weekend?

This is the weekly "sale watch" post, to help each other find sale items at our various local J.Crew stores. ;)

If you are stopped by a J.Crew store this past weekend to see what's available (if anything!) in the WINTER sale, or to see some new HOLIDAY arrivals {sigh!} in person, maybe you might be willing to share that with us in this post. In particular, if you could share with us a few of the noteworthy items that are available, at what prices, and potential sizes the store is carrying (as well as the store location)- that would be fantastic!

Also, please let us know if your local store was/ is carrying an additional percent off sale. Thanks in advance!!! :)

    Off topic, but I've finished adding the Crewcuts section of the Holiday 2012 Style Guide to The J. Crew Archives. The full Women's section is already up and Men's will be coming very soon!

    On topic: Some colors of the Wool Cafe Capris are $49.99 in store! I snagged a pair in Iced Lilac, which is still $98 online, and which came out to ~$38(!!) after the 25% promo that just ended.

    Some Madewell reviews and a J crew Men's cardigan (for me) on my blog. I just seem more enthralled with the men's section than the ladies.

      Me too, I'm contemplating the Men's solid colored roll-neck lambswool sweaters. And I've bought Men's long-sleeved thermal shirts to wear with the PJ pants, since J. Crew doesn't make crew-neck waffle shirts for Women in solid colors (or at all this year). They are exactly what I wanted.

      Shh they'll hear you! J Crew is finally starting to emerge from their "beige" phase. I can't take another four years of unflattering monotones! :o(
