I do not understand why every single one of my packages cannot seem to make it to my house in a reasonable time.
ReplyDeleteThe face masks, which I ordered who knows how long ago, have now been to my local post office TWICE but have been shipped out to other cities. Ugggh! Not to mention anything that I have coming just sits there for a week. I'm a 10-15 minute walk from both of town's post offices!!!

DeleteMy post office does a god job, but if anything is sent mail innovations it lingers at their facility for days, even weeks sometimes. I had a Madewell return stuck in mail innovations limbo for 18 days. (thankfully Madewell credited my account without any problem) but it is still stuck there.

DeleteWhat's up with the lost packages? I called about a bandana that shipped and was last seen at the Greensboro post office on June 11 with no further updates. Same thing for the vintage pajamas that landed in G'boro on June 13. The SA said that he would declare the bandana lost and refund my money but to give the pajamas a few more days before calling back and getting a refund. What surprised me is the guy was so nonchalant, like he's heard this a million times. And maybe he has, but how can they let these post offices become the Bermuda Triangle of J. Crew merchandise? I live in Winston-Salem, which is 40 minutes away, but part of me wants to drive to Greensboro and make them find those packages.
DeleteThat's what happens with the post office now, give at least two weeks after the last update. UPS shipped get to me in 3/4 days. Post Office involved can take 3 weeks.
DeleteI echo the experience with Mail Innovations. The tracking was all over the place. I have no problem with UPS.
DeleteI ordered something from madewell that’s been stuck at the main post office for a week. No movement. No additional tracking since 6/20. It’s every order.
DeleteCanadian prices/no promos . Should we give up?
ReplyDeleteI know it’s so frustrating no promo at all since the beginning of May. Plus I can see “new to sale” on items that are still full price Canadian. When I switch to the US site I see they’re on sale plus extra % off but still fp in Canada. This amounts to hundreds of dollars in difference for some items.
DeleteI'm hoping that they give us a discount for 01 July, I find that the prices are too high to justify a purchase.
