After an unsuccessful tryon session at JCrew where everything was either boring or ill-fitting on me, I wandered into Talbots (which I hardly ever do). Their summer clearance sale is on, with extra % off sale. Summer in Talbots is more Lilly-ish with bright colours and patterns, and that’s what I was in the mood for - some very good deals to be had and I went a bit crazy! Less than $250 for two dresses, a skirt, three lightweight sweaters and two sleeveless tops - I am set for the summer :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting! Placed my first order ever. Hoping for some keepers. Spent about $300 and got ten items, mostly tops and all cotton. Got a pair of shoes and two dresses as well. Excited for the order to arrive and hoping to find new place to shop since the crew hasn’t been doing it for me lately.
DeleteYou are so welcome, Jess! Summer is the only season I usually shop Talbots, but I know many JCAs are also fans. The quality is quite good, the fit is tts, and I love the bright colours and Lilly Pulitzer vibe. Hope you enjoy your pieces, so glad I gave you a new possibility - the Crew has not been doing it for me either this summer.
