Seek & Find: Will you visit J.Crew this Weekend?

This is the weekly "sale watch" post, to help each other find sale items at our various local J.Crew stores. ;)

If you are stopping by a J.Crew store this weekend to see what's available (if anything!) in the SALE, or to see some NEW ARRIVALS {sigh!} in person, maybe you might be willing to share that with us in this post. In particular, if you could share with us a few of the noteworthy items that are available, at what prices, and potential sizes the store is carrying (as well as the store location)- that would be fantastic!

Also, please let us know if your local store is carrying an additional percent off sale. Thanks in advance!!! :)

P.S. I noticed that many of you have already been reporting sale items (and in which stores) in other posts which by the way "thank you!" :) I really appreciate how helpful we are for each other!

      The code also works on non final sale promo priced items. There are several shoes on a slight promo price.

    Has anyone seen IRL that scarf cape from J.Crew and Madewell?

    I'm leaning towards Madewell's version in black window pane because it's 100% wool, unlike J.Crew's blended with acrylic.

    Thinking of taking advantage of Madewell's 30% off of $200 promo...

      JSR, Ina has the Jcrew scarf cape on her Instagram. I haven't seen it IRL but it looks nice!

      Hi Jan-yeah, I saw her post. I'm not into the navy plaid that much...

      Does having acrylic blend eliminates pilling?

      In my experience, acrylic = massive pilling.

      I try to avoid Acrylic but I must say I do have several pieces, including a pashmina-like wrap that's about 14 years old, that have not really pilled much. I can't even remember where I got this red pashmina wrap, but it's the kind of thing I keep in my car or in a bag whenever I'm going to be outside at a game, so it's seen a ton of use as everything from a wrap to a seat cushion.

      JSR: With a scarf, I don't think you're going to have that much friction to cause pilling. I have had terrible experiences with acrylic blend sweaters. Any area that receives even a little friction pills like crazy.

    The oxfords w/ fringe are tempting me as I could use a black pair and they look cute and are made in Italy. Problem is they are on line only and one terrible review. I may see if I can get CS to allow me to return if they don't work out.

      Suz- I gave in and ordered them. Will report back once received in review thread next week. I went w/my usual size as Renetta thought they were TTS for her. I have the Biellas in black on my wish list but fear it will be spring by the time there is a good price on them.

      I decided to hold off! :( I can't wait to read reviews! They're probably a little dressy for me for casual wear and I have tons of heels for dressing up and several oxfords. Plus those glitter loafers which I love and haven't worn yet.

    I think I am going to get the downtown field jacket in Canvas since it is only $64.00 with the promo.I think this jacket has run it's course as far as the great popularity sort of like the excursion vest since they are at such a great price.

      @DD, did you receive the paisley heels yet? Still waiting on mine, just wondering your thoughts. :)

      I finally bought a downtown field jacket in black on sale a few weeks ago, late to the game but I love it! Am wearing it today as it's finally getting cold here.

      They will be at my house today when I get home. I will post a review. I hope we both love them. I usually have stuff shipped to my work address but since my husband is out of town, it is OK for it to come to the house, LOL, Doodle keeps my secrets...

      My shoes came and they are beautiful. The fit is TT:S. The leather quality is nice, hope I never scuff them. The pattern placement varies greatly on each shoe but I amnOK with that. I think these shoes will be great for spring as well.

      That's great, I'm so glad they worked out for you! Glad to hear they are beautiful. I was worried about the pattern placement and am hoping the ones I get won't be too different but I'll be ok with it too if they fit me comfortably.

    Off topic, but Princess Catherine was wearing the Avery heels in plaid on her trip to Canda. I see they are not showing on the website as of today.

    lso every other animal which feeds on the carcass. Humans have also been killed by coming in contact with poisoned meat, or by eating an animal which had fed on a poisoned carcass. This tool is also used to manage several caterpillars e.g. Spodoptera litura, fruit flies, snails and slugs, crabs etc.
