Weekly Share: Other JCrew-like Retailers

This is the weekly "Other JCrew-like Retailers" post (similar to the "Off On A Tangent" posts), where we can share our finds from other retailers that have offerings similar to J.Crew (like Anthropologie, LE Canvas, Gap, BR, Talbots, Ann Taylor, and the like.)

If you have recently encountered items that are similar to J.Crew, maybe you might be willing to share that information with us in this post.

Please feel free to share your story on almost any topic— including experiences with certain merchandise pieces, promotions/ offers, in-store visits, transactions with store associates, etc.

    I mentioned this in another post, but Emerson Fry is continuing their moving sale this week with 40% off coats using the code EFCOATS1015. Good till Sunday.

    I would have purchased the Ryan Army coat, but it sold out. Probably for the best, as I am trying to make sure all casual coats I own have hoods, as I live in the Pacific NW!

    Tory Burch Fall Sale is going on now and new styles have been added. Savings up to 60% off plus free shipping/no minimum in the U.S. & Canada. TB can be rather spendy, but there are some really great deals in this sale, including cashmere and a handful of dresses, which are priced around the same as J.Crew on sale. I've shared some of those items, as well as the rest of my personal picks in this post. There are so many beautiful items in the sale, that it's times like this I really wish I had an unlimited clothing budget.

      I caught an early-morning popback of the skinny skinnies in waterfall wash in the smaller of my two sizes. Last thing I need is another pair of skinny jeans, but that particular wash got a lot of love online and my size was perpetually sold out. And at $40 after promo, how could I pass them up?

    Gap is 40% off sale today, and my local store was 50% off sale. Scored this cute skirt in-store for $11!

    Amazing quality denim (no stretch), feels like it will last forever. Took my usual Gap size 31, too bad I will have to wait until next summer to wear it.
