ReplyDeleteJust need advice: I have 2 tortoise bracelets and 2 gold bangles, both so cute. For Christmas gifts, should I put together 1 gold/1 tortoise together as a set? Or 1 each is sufficient enough? Thanks! Doing last minute shopping today and need to make decisions now!
ReplyDeletehm, I guess it mostly depends on how many gifts you need, but I think one of each would be really nice. That said, I gave my sister the hinged gold bangle (just the one) - she's not the type to wear tortoise (or more than one bracelet). I myself would love receive the two together! You could slip 2 of them into the same bag+box to simplify..
Delete@J, I've bought those for gifts as well -- the gold-plated bracelets were all that was left on Friday at my store, so that's what my recipients are getting. I think these bracelets are fine on their own as well. (I did find a calf-hair bracelet yesterday, along with another gold one -- my sister is receiving both of these, but again, I think just one bracelet on its own makes a nice gift.) I personally love these bracelets and have a few, but I never wear more than one at the same time. (T-rex arms, haha!) Good luck! These are really nice gifts.
DeleteI always stack so I think one of each looks really nice (agree with wrapping them in same box/bag) but I'd also go based on how much $ you wanted to spend, one is anice gift too.
