  1. I finally got around to wearing my wrap-tie jumpsuit in stretch poplin on Tuesday - so flattering! It really works for my pear shape, and the lining made pant legs look great.

The only issue is the usual issue with jumpsuits - you have to undress to use the restroom, which is always weird.

I haven't washed it yet (I will this weekend) - it says machine wash cold/tumble dry low, so I will wash on delicate, and do quick tumble, pull it out damp, and hang to dry. Fingers crossed it looks good after washing!

    1. Forgot one thing - regarding fit, I am currently a size 12 in Jcrew dresses, mostly to fit my bottom half (I'm more of a 10 on top).

Got this in a 10, and that fits well. So if you are more pear-shaped, I think you can go with your smaller size for a better fit on top, since the bottom is quite roomy.

  3. Hello--

    Question today about RETURNS.

J.Crew has the best customer service in the business--almost to a fault--but with regard to returns, how much is too much?

These past 6 months I have become obsessed with Crew pop-backs, and I can't imagine too many have spent more $$ than I have recently. Along with sight-unseen internet purchasing comes returns. I'm not talking about buyer's remorse: I mean relying on comments advising that sizes run large that don't hold true, or getting a sweater that is 3 shades lighter than it appeared in the ad photo.

For those of you with experience, is there a point where customer service will say, "Sorry, but you have had too many returns as of late, and we cannot accept this item back"...? Example: I returned a pair of wing tip oxfords last month because they were too tight; would have happily exchanged for the next size up but they were a last-pair pop-back. Just yesterday a pair of Chelsea leather boots arrived, but those too were too snug (due to the aforementioned item comments saying to buy one size down). Going back through my emails to when I "re-discovered" J.Crew earlier this year, I have returned roughly 1 out of every 6 items purchased. I'm nervous about calling to ask for a return on these boots because I fear that my quota of returns might be full...!

    Any advice welcomed.
