ReplyDeleteI don't think I'm alone in thinking that J Crew has seemed boring recently. Part of that is the styling on the website.
ReplyDeleteMany of the models look alike and have their straight, long, scraggly hair parted in the middle. And all the tops and jackets are paired with jeans in the photos rather than skirts or pants. I realize that this makes for an efficient and less expensive photo shoot, but the whole thing comes across as a snooze fest.

ReplyDeleteEwww...I got the party line.
ReplyDelete"I see that we have waived your shipping several times in the past, so I would typically not be able to honor your request today. However, I'll make the exception for you today."
That doesn't create a good shopping feeling, J. Crew. I've spent a lot of money with you. I usually order over the $150 min online and take the Economy Shipping. Throw me a Standard Shipping bone for free. I can't even remember the last time I asked for a free shipping upgrade.
