I had a field day with the pre-Christmas % off promo combined with free shipping. I ordered several of the pear bracelets and had them shipped as gifts. I could not have gone to the store and purchased something this nice and shipped it myself for the $18.xx I spent. This last minute deal was a winner.
ReplyDeleteI bought a military parka at a J.Crew store on sale without realizing that it also came in tall. The store didnt want to take it back as it was final sale, and it was marked WAY over the price I paid for it online. BUT I talked to a lovely corporate customer service woman named Vernonica who took care of the WHOLE issue for me, refunding my purchase and sending me the tall coat. All I have to do is send the original back to them. They honored the price I paid AND let me use my student discount. I LOVE JCREW!
