DeleteI use my larger t-shirt size here, to keep the sleeves from being too tight (I don't have thin arms, sigh).
I have a stomach so don't want it to tight...I wont buy xs in this so prob small..Medium might be ok on stomach but I think too big in arms area

ReplyDeleteHello JCAs, I know someone here owns the Mixed Gingham Strappy Sandals from last year, but I just spent 10 minutes searching for the old post where we discussed them and can't find it. So, I'm wondering about fit: I'm normally a 9.5 in J.Crew shoes, and am wondering if these are TTS or if I'd be safe going down to a 9?
ReplyDeleteShopgrrl, I own the gingham sandals and found them true to size. I usually wear a 9 in j crew heels and size up to a 9 1/2 for loafers and flats with a heel 1" or less - more preference than need I don't think I could have sized down to an 81/2 for these.

DeleteI went into the store today and was surprised to see no % off regular prices and only 30% off sale. Why did I bother driving all the way downtown and paying for parking when everything was way cheaper at home? True, if there was something I really wanted (and there wasn't, sigh), I could then ask the store to honour the online price, etc., but honestly, I get tired of having to ask, as if they're doing me some big favour. I might order the tan Maddie's yet tonight, we'll see.

ReplyDeleteArrived at work and over coffee snooped around and scored the Wallace and Barnes selvedge chino in green for a steal and a slim madras shirt. Cost more than a coffee but it's worth it.
