This is the weekly "sale watch" post, to help each other find sale
items at our
various local J.Crew stores. ;)
If
you are stopped
by a J.Crew store this past weekend
to see what's available (if
anything!) in the SALE, or to see some NEW ARRIVALS
{sigh!} in person, maybe you
might be willing to
share that with us in this post. In
particular, if you could share
with us a few of the noteworthy items
that are available, at what
prices, and potential sizes the
store is carrying (as well as the
store location)- that would be
fantastic!
Also, please
let us know if your local store
was/ is carrying an additional
percent off sale. Thanks in
advance!!! :)
I visited today. Sale items were an additional 50% off.
ReplyDeleteNo J Crew near me but I did spy about 7-10 different style JC tops at TJ Maxx & Marshalls in between the two stores. None were ever offered in retail. I didn't have to have any of them but found it interesting nonetheless!
ReplyDeleteThe TJ Maxx I visited only had two styles of tops (eyelet linen tank & metallic mesh trimmed top). I bought the metallic mesh top in gray; I'm a sucker for anything gray or metallic.
DeleteI thought I read there was going to be a mini roll-out today. I don't see anything new. Am I missing something?
ReplyDeleteI didn't go to J. Crew over the weekend. I was at Banana Republic, though. They're sale is still going. I shared info in this post.
ReplyDeleteWent this weekend for price adjustments on online orders & to pick up something to wear to mom's bday party. New balance (navy persimmon) for $17. Bought midnight floral jumpsuit for $38 for the party. Great find despite mixed reviews online. Visited Gap too & bought 2 maxi linen dresses in navy & mahogany for $15 ea. Finally bought Maiike Maxi dress @ Anthropologie. @ 60% off with sale on sale decided to purchase.
ReplyDeleteIf you missed J. Crew's pearl cluster necklace from last year, Accessory Concierge has a dupe for $36. Visit 1060 Pairs for the sMacKdOwN.
ReplyDeleteWell...I have had it. I pulled a major Marie Kondo.." the art of tidying and decluttering guru" It feels good. Most of the clothing was J Crew stuff that I had bought on sale ...last summer and I did not wear any of it . I do not see myself ever wearing it. No joy but I am more committed to trying to really love what I buy or better yet that I wear it right away. Anyone else finding all those items with tags still on? Mine all goes to the "women in Need " thrift stores. No consigning for me...It makes me feel better that at least someone may do better with these clothes...
ReplyDeleteI've donated several 2013 & 2014 JC items (a couple NWT) to our local community clothes closet. Still a lot of 2012 JC in my closet -- I stocked up on a lot of tees, pencil skirts, and other staples that year. Many still spark joy, & they're all still useful to me!
DeleteI am glad to hear they spark "joy'
DeleteI wish I had stocked up years ago on a few items,,,,when quality was high
