This is the weekly "Other JCrew-like Retailers" post (similar to the "Off On A Tangent"

retailers that have offerings similar to J.Crew
(like Anthropologie, LE Canvas, Gap, BR, Talbots, Ann
Taylor, and the like.)
If you

J.Crew, maybe you might be

Everlane's Fatigue Barrel Pant is terrific. I have one pair and just ordered another in a different color. I'm also eyeing their The Cashmere Collared Sweater, but apparently it has a giant "E" logo on the sleeve?? Not sure about that. So much for subtlety, Everlane! (sigh)
ReplyDeleteI tried the barrel pant and I didn’t love the fit on me but I also think it’s the type of pant you really need to try in multiple sizes to see where it sits.
DeleteI will have to look at the new sweaters. I haven’t seen a big E but lately there are Embroidered Es on most of their garments. I tend to avoid heavily branded clothes, although it seems most sportswear has some type of logo but I only wear those to the gym or hiking etc so I don’t mind.
I agree. Those pants didn't work for me. I am tempted to try Alex Mill Boysih chinos. The inseam is longer than the pleated ones that I tried but were a bit cropped for my height.
DeleteWhat caught my eye at Everlane is the Lantern Bag. It's not leather and I love that (since I like to wash my bags).
