If you search “preorder” there are some new arrivals showing. There is a pretty yellow floral silk skirt which I’d be interested in if I didn’t have the ratti acid rose one already. I think there’s a rollout tomorrow.

Hmm....there’s not much that I need. I do like the leopard print midi skirt. But it’s poly. What’s worse poly in summer-the fabric is not breathable, or poly in winter where it creates static. 😒

DeleteI hate the styling - my first thought was this all looks so basic. So blah. I have seen the tweed Daphne coats and I Iove the new colors but I bought last year’s and have yet to wear it. I also like the plaid topcoat but how many wool coats does one need? I might get that when it hits sale next spring. Everything else is super boring and not inspired at all. Why are there still logo tees or cropped denim in the fall?

DeleteThis is kind of a rant...I made a purchase online at Factory and then saw today that I could have bought same item for less today so I called for price adjustment. The wait time to talk to anyone was ridiculously long, probably due to rep making unnecessary small talk. He was very nice and competant but.... Anyway, I had used a $10 gift card along with JCrew card to make the purchase and price adjustment was less than $10. They were insisting that they had to credit the difference to another gift card instead of my credit card which didn’t make the item cheaper at all but only would force me to make a purchase in the future. He ended up forwarding the call to service department where rep answered the phone as if she didn’t know why I had been forwarded. Sigh.... ultimately she made the credit back to my credit card and didn’t issue new gift card so it worked out but cost me over 45 minutes of my life between trying to get them on the phone and being placed on hold and having to plead my case, incidentally, the gift card was actually from a prior return where I originally had a reward and I just wanted to get rid of it before I forgot about it.

ReplyDeleteSorry no one has replied to you. It appears certain cardholders received a unique code for today only. Unfortunately, I am unable to share mine otherwise I would. DO call or chat online with CS now and they will assist you for this. If you are considering shopping til midnight put everything in your bag so you can give them item numbers.
