ReplyDeleteWell the cocoon coat was included in the promo so I decided to give it a try. I sizes up since it looks slim in the hips. Went for the forest green color because I think it will go with both navy and black and bright colors too.
ReplyDeleteI have the sandstone from 3 yrs ago and the grey from last year. its a good staple to have.
Deletewound up with two dark green coats last winter - the dark green cocoon coat sold out almost instantly, and since I’d never had one I just kept ordering popbacks in whatever size popped back, which turned out to be every size but the one I thought would fit! Gave up, found a lovely single-breasted tailored coat in the same dark green at Factory store, and grabbed it. Home, checked the website to compare prices (I did “good!”), and then automatically looked for retail cocoon coat. Of course, my size in the cocoon was finally there, sale, promo, and on reflex I ordered it. I fought with my conscience over returning one. Conscience lost. Not buying any more coats for a while. @liztriden, the dark green goes with everything.
DeleteFeels like it's been awhile since I've posted, but that doesn't mean I have stayed away from the Crew. For some reason my phone isn't letting me post on here so I got on my laptop tonight.

Linen Blazer (white) - I picked this up for about $25 I believe. Amazing purchase and great for those in a more "business" environment to keep warm in the AC. Took my normal size.
Leopard Gladiators (normal size) - Picked these up for about $15. Buy of the summer! I wore them with a rust colored, midi length silk dress this weekend and got so many compliments. No sores either!
Ruched Field Jacket (normal size) - love the tie up details and the lack of a different liner. It doesn't really need a liner if your purpose is "light jacket" weather.
High-low cardigan (normal size for oversized look) - great ivory color. Lightweight, but love the swing/drape in the cut.
Looking forward to the Style Guide (thanks for all the pics on Instagram JCAs) - I hope I get one in the mail this week! I have a "Love First" tee on its way, a poplin tunic popover, and a different size in the tunic chambray dress (size down at least once in this).
