  1. New MADEWELL promo, 40% off sale items, but NOTE, several items are more expensive than they were yesterday.

    1. Several items were just added to the sale section and aren't yet marked final sale. It's so cold here, the only things I ordered were the fleece-lined sweatshirt (multiple sizes to try) and fleece-lined ballcap with earflaps. Not sure either is terribly stylish, but right now all I care about is that they're WARM!

  2. Probably not the best place to post this, but on youlookfab.com "approprio" shared this article.

As the subtitle says: "sometimes all you can control is what's on the outside".

George Brescia says in his book "Change Your Clothes, Change Your Life", "Our clothes speak for you before you do."

    1. By the way, I found the George Brescia book helpful. Some JCAs may find it way too basic, but I found the idea of what do you want your clothes to say a helpful one. I go back and reread a couple of chapters every now and then when I find myself losing my way. (I borrowed it from my library first before buying my own copy)
