ReplyDeleteI will absolutely NOT be checking out their Final Sale! As I've said numerous times before, I think it is absolutely ridiculous for them to even have it, IMHO.
ReplyDeleteOn another note, there is now a Madewell B&M in Miami Beach. It's too bad they didn't open one in Orlando. Maybe if the Miami store does well we will eventually get one though. :)

ReplyDeleteAgreed, I hate Madewell final sales since I can't go to a store. That being said I was able to find some items that weren't final sale that I had been watching so I was able to get them at a discount this morning.
ReplyDeleteJessie: It's Lincoln Road. Apparently they are open now..one of their employees saw my blog posts about Madewell the other day and emailed to let me know they opened a store in Florida. At that time the website had it noted as Opening Soon, but that is gone, so they should be open for business.
ReplyDeleteI completely agree with FFM. How completely ridiculous for Madewell to have final sale online with so few stores across the country. Way to not attract my business. Cute stuff, but not if I can't try it on first!

ReplyDeleteI ordered two items before the final sale started & they were both passes:
Souk-stripe shirtdress (Size 4): unlined, fits tts, perfect drawstring placement at natural waist, operational buttons run length of dress, nice length-hits lower than mid thigh but not to knee (as shown in product pic.). Although it is flattering on & stylish, the current sale price of 30% off $99.99 is waaay too much for this unlined linen dress.
Souk stripe skirt (Size 6): lined, it has a zipper & a button at the waist, sits at natural waist so sized up one time & it just fit, size up too much & it could have a barrel like affect, it's short - mid thigh, modeled product shot is true to life, pockets are barely usable & the interior of one pocket is sewn smaller than the other pocket. In my opinion and for me, it runs small in the waist & is too short. Pass for me at any price.
