  2. All of my items have shipped, minus one Polartec and like others, right now basically anything I add to cart is unavailable.

I did receive a 25 percent off code and I’m not sure whether to use it on the few items I have in my cart or wait. It seems silly to use it on $30 worth of pajamas and trinkets but there are no bigger ticket items i want/in my size/at a price I want to pay even with the extra percentage off.

  3. I was just looking up the jacquard pants to see if there was a full size run and two jacquard blazers I had never seen popped up. They didn’t show up when I was looking at sale items. Has anyone seen them?

    2. Yes seen them before, but not in sale. I haven't seen them in store. I have tried multiple sizes of this style last year in different colors, but none seem to work for me. I have a short torso and very skinny arms (size 0 or 2 in blazers; 34, 26. 35, 5.6ft, 122 lbs). Have you tried this style before?

    3. Must have been a new add, I like the Collection tuxedo blazer.

    4. Kiki we have similar measurements but my butt is bigger from weight training and I have a long torso. I have thin muscular arms and mostly have sized up to a 4 in blazers because of my muscles. (My 0/2 blazers do fit but are not super comfortable). I’d prob go with a 4 and wear it over a tee or tank with jeans.

    5. @suz I don’t recall trying this in a 4. Probably should have. If you get this one please report back. Good luck.will try to see if my local store has a 4.

    6. There are definitely more hidden sale items... I had a swimsuit in "saved for later" that has been on sale but not showing in the sale section (and even shows sold out on the page!) but I'm able to add it to my cart from "saved for later" https://www.jcrew.com/p/AO824?mode=add&N=SMALL&NUM_ITEMS=1&cartId=e74ef9c6a17ca71e72a4ef5f84&color_name=black

    7. @kikigirl the ruffle one I sold was a 4 and it was a few inches shorter, so I think this cut should work better on me. It reminds me of the first regent blazer I had, without a button. I loved the cut on that but really needed the 4.

  4. I placed an order this morning for the two patent mary-jane styles on sale (flats and pumps). My closet is totally running out of space for more shoes but I love mary-janes and couldn't say no with the current promo. TBH I was very surprised I was able to check out with them, since like many others here, nearly everything I had any interest in shows up as sold out once you try to add it to your cart.
I almost want to commute to my office just so I can drop off work shoes and regain space in my home closet! Right before the pandemic I switched jobs and didn't have time to fill my work cubby with shoes yet before WFH started.

  5. I received the ruffle front tuxedo stripe top in cherry/indigo. It’s a great shirt! The fabric is nice and thick which is not ideal for tucking into skirts but great for wearing with jeans. The length is perfect for me but may be a bit long for more petite people. And I love the color combo. This top is perfect for spring and will get worn a lot.

  6. I placed a big order today for things I’ve been eyeing and a few new items.

    Layered pearl coin necklace
    Item: AS569
    Color: PEARL
    Size: ONE SIZE
Saw this In store (not on sale) and it’s adorable. Some of the pearls were broken off so I will keep it in a pouch.

    Layered pearl chain necklace
    Item: AU607
    Color: PEARL

Cotton poplin pajama pant in pink Stewart tartan
    Item: AT557

Collection going-out blazer in Italian jacquard
    Item: AQ238
    Discussed above.

    Carolyn mule flats in glitter
    Item: AQ673
    Color: SILVER WHITE GLITTER
Never saw these but thought they were cute!

    Ruffle-sleeve top in satin crepe
    Item: AU248
    Color: BLACK
    Size: SMALL
Read reviews and sized up. Tried it on in store and that was the right call, it’s still fitted through the shoulders. Not sure I love it but will
PAss along if it doesn’t work with any of my intended bottoms (like the pants below).

Wide-leg pant in palm tree jacquard
    Item: AQ776
    Color: BLACK

I couldn’t help myself with the plaid suit. I had two from factory (schoolboy blazers and skimmer pants) I sold because I didn’t love the fit. The black Stewart plaid and the smaller scale is my preferred color and pattern. No idea how the cut of the Hayden pant will work but a review said they ran tight in the thigh so I’m hoping sizing up and getting the tall will help.
Shrunken blazer in black Stewart tartan
    Item: AT689
    Color: RED GREEN MULTI
    Size: 6

Tall Hayden pant in black Stewart tartan bi-stretch wool
    Item: AT589
    Color: RED GREEN MULTI
    Size: TALL SIZE 0

Hayden pant in black Stewart tartan bi-stretch wool
    Item: AT587
    Color: RED GREEN MULTI
    Size: 2

    1. I’ve been pretty conservative with my ordering and have played it safe, just thought I’d take a chance on a few things so wish me luck!

    4. And honestly it was only when I saw things start to disappear (plus returning 2 boots and 5 pairs of Everlane jeans and a dozen or so joggers from rack) that I decided it’s ok to have some fun with my clothes again.

    5. Fan of black Stewart, I just wore a skirt in that plaid. With my Nordic boots.

    6. Well typical for me as of late, CS waived final sale on one pair of pants but not the other. I got an email in the middle of the night. I’m hoping my store would be flexible with someone who bought three pairs of pants to find one that fits but I may need to try and cancel the Stewart plaid. What a pain. Everyone has a different response BTW... the first time I asked they were ok for me to try three different styles and waive final sale. Now it’s only one style.

    7. @Suz lots of fun clothes in your order. Good luck. I tried to order the PJs but they keep showing as "sold out". In fact, anything I put in my basket from sale disappears....I've taken it as a sign to take a break from JC :)
