Seek & Find: Will you visit J.Crew this Weekend?

This is the weekly "sale watch" post, to help each other find sale items at our various local J.Crew stores. ;)

If you are stopping by a J.Crew store this weekend to see what's available (if anything!) in the SALE, or to see some NEW ARRIVALS {sigh!} in person, maybe you might be willing to share that with us in this post. In particular, if you could share with us a few of the noteworthy items that are available, at what prices, and potential sizes the store is carrying (as well as the store location)- that would be fantastic!

Also, please let us know if your local store is carrying an additional percent off sale. Thanks in advance!!! :)

P.S. I noticed that many of you have already been reporting sale items (and in which stores) in other posts which by the way "thank you!" :) I really appreciate how helpful we are for each other!

  1. Got my Everlane cashmere and I’m on the fence. I feel like I should have sized up to a medium. The raglan mockneck has a shape I prefer, looser through the body (and across the chest) and fitted at the waist. It feels a tiny bit shorter than I want.
I got the turtlenecks in black and gray, the black feels a bit looser. This is a longer leaner shape

They’re soft and not itchy on the neck which is huge with my sensitive skin but I’m not sure about sizing. I also wish the gray was a shade deeper.

  3. The foulard pajama set has gone on sale so I pounced. Not planning to wear it as a pajama but as a daytime top. Sized down as it seems to be a bit boxy.

  4. @fleur de lys, I read you sized down on the top. One size? I’m undecided whether or not a small or xs. I purchased the tipped sweater blazer and returned it. I found it has no structure and extremely thin. I should have paid attention to the original reviews on Jcrew’s website when I ordered it several months ago. It’s a sweater and not a sweater blazer as I would define it in my humble opinion. I’m going to try the top under a Margot cropped sweater blazer once I determine what size top I should purchase.

    1. Hi Lynn, I sized down one size. I think it would look great with the Margot sweater blazer!

  6. Received Fiona kitten heel red Stewart Tartan plaid boots. I think they run tts, so I'm ordering my usual size. I ordered up a half size because of the pointed toe. I was worried about whether they would work with since I've had foot surgery and they're comfortable. I tried them with the maxi tartan plaid skirt from last year, tartan plaid pants, wool wide leg green pants and a camel option too, they worked well with everything.
