This is the weekly "sale watch" post, to help each other find sale
items at our
various local J.Crew stores. ;)
If
you are stopped
by a J.Crew store this past weekend
to see what's available (if
anything!) in the SALE, or to see some NEW ARRIVALS
{sigh!} in person, maybe you
might be willing to
share that with us in this post. In
particular, if you could share
with us a few of the noteworthy items
that are available, at what
prices, and potential sizes the
store is carrying (as well as the
store location)- that would be
fantastic!
Also, please
let us know if your local store
was/ is carrying an additional
percent off sale. Thanks in
advance!!! :)

OT, does anyone have and use a credit card with price protection? I thought I remembered reading something about that here. I started researching and the Rakuten credit card supposedly has that as a benefit but I read lots of fine print and don’t see that detail written.
ReplyDeleteCapital one used to offer that. I haven’t seen that benefit advertised for a while. I have their card and use it for cash back and virtual cards for different vendors.
DeleteI searched and Rakuten does not offer the benefit anymore.
DeleteI have two main cards and like the service of both but neither offer it.
I dont know of any cards that offer it anymore. I have CapitalOne and I called yesterday to ask if I have it (I never knew I did, but yesterday I needed it due to some airfare hijinks!), and apparently my particular card doesn't. But the agent made it sound as if certain types of CapitalOne cards do, but I didn't ask which.
DeleteYou might be right. Looks like it’s a very rare benefit, who knows if it will be phased out entirely.
