"Looking to VENT" with J.Crew

This is the weekly "Looking to VENT with J.Crew" post, a place to share our not-so-stellar experiences with J.Crew.

If you have recently experienced a frustrating situation with J.Crew, maybe you might be willing to share that information with us in this post.

Please feel free to share your story on almost any topic— including poor experiences with purchases & orders, promotions/ offers, in-store visits, transactions with store associates, etc.

  1. Even with the last promo, the espadrilles that I am fawning over are still available in every size. Come on JC, I need something much better. And my swimsuit has yet to be available with any promo since it appeared on the site. Guess I will just wait it out...

  2. A promo code is an attractive tactic for e-commerce, with many customers lured into buying by the lure of a big discount. As the world's leading paid advertising platform, it's no wonder that there is talk of a Google Ads promo code.

  3. prices too high on Canadian site. no promo's for ages. can't even remember when we last had one. If I was in the US...I would be ordering plenty. so envious of your prices and promos.

    1. Sadly no love for us Canadians. Items I look at are often over $100 CDN (for a shirt) while the US price with their promos will be well less than half that. Obviously no ordering for me either.
