This is the weekly "sale watch" post, to help each other find sale
items at our
various local J.Crew stores. ;)
If
you are stopped
by a J.Crew store this past weekend
to see what's available (if
anything!) in the SALE, or to see some NEW ARRIVALS
{sigh!} in person, maybe you
might be willing to
share that with us in this post. In
particular, if you could share
with us a few of the noteworthy items
that are available, at what
prices, and potential sizes the
store is carrying (as well as the
store location)- that would be
fantastic!
Also, please
let us know if your local store
was/ is carrying an additional
percent off sale. Thanks in
advance!!! :)
I haven’t gotten a catalog in the mail and went to the store twice and forgot to grab one. Can anyone tell me when the $50 off 150 coupon expires?
ReplyDeleteI got one in the mail on Saturday. It expires on 1/1/21.
Deletenor have I...
ReplyDeleteJust a heads-up that the catalogs in stores do not contain a coupon.
ReplyDeleteYeah, that's why I didn't keep it. Seen all the photos on the website, and no coupon.
DeleteWell, wasted a trip to the mall. Got the catalog and no coupon. Oh well. Nothing I wanted in store either.
ReplyDeleteI did want to add, one thing I did see and like was the red tartan flannel. I think one review says it’s really thin but it seems like a normal flannel, comparable to others I have and maybe even a little thicker. I didn’t try it on but it does look a little narrow through the shoulders.
ReplyDeleteIt keeps showing out of stock online for some reason. Maybe they are trying to sell stock off the floor instead.
I like that the scale of the pattern is smaller than it the other red and black tartans. I like it for layering.
It’s item AU254 and sold out online but $27.50 today only. Had I known I would have bought In store. Grrrr.

DeleteSuz, I am in your same boat. I was able to get the black stewart tartan flannel but not the red. It is a thin flannel, but there are definitely plusses to that, imo. Madewell's flannel is definitely more substantial but for me, that gets hot inside. This thinner JC flannel (based on the black tartan, at least) is just a really soft comfortable shirt that is great for inside. I actually love it.
DeleteIn any case, while I wait and stalk the JC red flannel, I went ahead and got the Factory flannel. They are ridiculously less than $15 right now, so I got the ruffled collar in red plaid and the popover in black plaid. I haven't bought from factory in years, so we'll see how the quality compares. Also, because flannel is actually such a nice fabric for all this in-home time, I looked around and purchased some stuff from Old Navy, of all places. I just received those today and the flannel is surprisingly nice, and ON has a nice basic black and white buffalo check.
Has anyone tried:
ReplyDeleteDouble-breasted lady coat in Italian double-cloth wool
Item AT696
My other lady day coat is a snug 4 but the traditional style. My other 4 coats tend to fit in the shoulders but are wide through the body. I’d love this in the vintage white and it’s finally included in the promo.
Got my 8" toothpick in classic wash Item H0189 Sz 26. TTS maybe little small. But they not the same as shown online. No leather tag on the back. I may try the 9 inch. I do like the color and the feel. Good thing no final sale. Should of ordered the 9’in yesterday they were $44. Lol
ReplyDeleteJust wait. Prices are fluctuating like crazy.
DeleteMy daughter needed non ripped jeans for work and I gave her my 24 to try. She’s a little shorter and curvier than I am (she said she’s a 26 usually) but somehow they fit her perfectly. I hope she keeps them nice! (The version I have of these jeans must have run a little big or are super stretchy because I’ve given her other 24s that don’t fit at all.)
Thanks! good advice to wait. Impossible to keep up with prices! Wish the discount some of their cashmere sweaters. I have my i eye on few! Lol
Delete@Kate, some cashmere on sale this morning. Not much but if have any coupons to stack they will work. If not call CS. If that doesn’t work call a VPS. Good luck.
DeleteThanks Lynn! I am patient this year! More then before! I saw some pieces! May wait for a sale!!!
