If you have recently experienced a frustrating situation with J.Crew, maybe you might be willing to share that information with us in this post.

Please feel free to share your story on almost any topic— including poor experiences with purchases & orders, promotions/ offers, in-store visits, transactions with store associates, etc.

  1. So much for a better discount today! It's all good tho because that's money I'm saving.

    1. I’m looking at all potential purchases thoroughly so I can pounce when prices go down and get something I want with my birthday rewards.

    2. I was happy with the price today because I was able to get the pink tartan blouse at the price I was willing to pay, $24. Like Suz, I am waiting for things to go lower to use my birthday rewards. There are not any must have items I'm obsessed with, but enough that I like.

    4. Same here, waiting. I did get my order that I placed on 12/20 yesterday! 2 pairs of wide leg jeans for my daughter, she is still thinking! A pointele cashmere sweater in black ($42), pajama pants and 2 T-shirts. I see 50 off 150 so most items including jeans were $10. Probably could of done better with the sweater!
I would like to see an updated sale section and 70 off. Lol.... spoiled... lol

    6. Stopped in today to make returns and SA mentioned there's a tiered promo (based on number of items purchased) coming after Christmas. Didn't have any specific details.

    7. Thanks Mygoddy! I threw a few random things in my cart in anticipation. I'll wait for after Christmas :)

  2. Has anyone seen
Wide-leg pant in palm tree jacquard
    Item AQ776
They remind me of a more subtle version of the tropical print silk pajama pant from a few years ago that I liked but didn’t get. Viscose, not silk though. Based on my recent experience with jcrew pants I might size up as I’d wear them just casually around the house right now.

    1. No, but I'm wondering the same thing. I like the fabric, and even like the white piping. But the 28" length is not great for me - too short for full length but too long for a cropped pant. Though if they rode low on the hips that might add length.

    2. Exactly my thoughts. 28 in a high rise is about ankle length but if worn low on the hips could hit the top of my shoes.

  3. I was stalking a jacket forever. It was down to about $130. Finally my size popped up, and guess what? Back to full price ($228), no promo. Annoyed.
