Sought & Found: Did you visit J.Crew this {past} Weekend?

This is the weekly "sale watch" post, to help each other find sale items at our various local J.Crew stores. ;)

If you are stopped by a J.Crew store this past weekend to see what's available (if anything!) in the SALE, or to see some NEW ARRIVALS {sigh!} in person, maybe you might be willing to share that with us in this post. In particular, if you could share with us a few of the noteworthy items that are available, at what prices, and potential sizes the store is carrying (as well as the store location)- that would be fantastic!

Also, please let us know if your local store was/ is carrying an additional percent off sale. Thanks in advance!!! :)

    Shipping vent. Item supposedly delivered yesterday. Nope. We have ring, I was home all day, etc. Tracking says delivered to front door but nArvar says that can Also mean handed off at USPS. Why bother with tracking info if it’s not accurate. This means nothing to me.
    And returns must be made within 30 days of order which means maybe two weeks after the items are received.
    Grrrr. Just not worth the aggravation anymore.

      Yeah, Madewell lost my overnight order. It says it was delivered last week but I didn't get it. If it was stolen off my stoop, that would be a first for me. The tracking system isn't very useful though.

      Well my order didn’t show up. They said it would have been here today. Lost somewhere or stolen by USPS but not delivered. At least they credited my account.

    OT: Noticed several different styles of Gola and Superga sneakers on tjmaxx.com

    Agree with you Suz, shipping is horribly slow and the tracking is not accurate a lot of the time. The 30 day return period is too short, especially with the super slow shipping. I've decided that as soon as a package is delivered, I try everything on and make my decision to keep or return immediately. I don't have store locally anymore and have to bring everything with me on the commuter train to return to my "work store" location. It really is a pain!

      I do the same with returns but I also like to coordinate errands and was planning on going today to do a few returns at once...but since the order hasn’t arrived...

      I ordered a pair of Frye sneakers from TJ Maxx to try. At least I still have a local TJ Maxx in case I need to return them - ha!

    Received the wool/cashmere mens Ludlow topcoat for my husband ordered at the end of the last additional 60% off sale. For $50! There are still some listed at $129, less the 35% still not a bad deal.
