Loving J Crew CS right now. I bought a pair of Sorel boots at the end of last winter and they got a tear on both feet and J Crew are sending me a gift card for the price of the boots. I ordered a pair of PJs, quickly tried them on and packed for a trip and had to wear them while I was away. Then realized that there was a small tear in the leg. CS gave me a pre-credit and are sending me a new pair, in my size in another color since minty green was not available, actually in a color not on sale at the sale price, no shipping. Also, I ordered a FS item that I could not try on in store and they put on my order that I could return. Love the skirt so not returning but love that they offered without any hassle. Thanks, J Crew.
ReplyDeleteStopped into Yorkdale yesterday and bought a pair of the 3" chinos. Love! Can't wait til it's warm enough to wear them. The SAs were all very helpful and friendly too. Great J Crew shopping experience!
