J.Crew Updates Website with New Arrivals!

"Thanks!" to many of you, including Shekster & Cass (in this post), as well as Irina, who let us know that J.Crew had a small update to its website today (click here to view online).

There are some new arrivals for men (click here) & women (click here). {wahoo!} It looks like Crewcuts (click here) has been updated, but not the J.Crew Collection (click here).

The April catalog (click here to view) is available to view. (The same from the last update.)

Honestly, I did not even realize new items were on the website until I read some of the comments on here. ;) But I did notice that J.Crew marked down lots of new items in their Final Sale (click here to shop online). :)
What items are you most excited about and why? Which items are you surprised (or not surprised) to see? Which items did you hope would be included? Were you expecting a bigger roll-out today? Also, did you receive the latest catalog? :)

  1. Yeah, the rollout is small - more shoes than anything else. I like the pop art polka dot cafe capris. The shoe season started off strong, but the most recent additions have been less impressive IMO.

We all know a % off sale is coming. Tick, tick, tick...

  3. I have been on a JC buying spree lately but nothing in this rollout is a must-have for me.

I'm getting a little stripe and polka dot weary lately. I love both, but there's only so much a wardrobe can tolerate.

  4. It's a small rollout, but there's some nice things in there ...the linen Tippi sweaters!! If they are the same design as the merino ones, these would be perfect for the office for spring/summer. Must have!

    2. Has anybody done a review yet? I'm wondering about the sheerness....

  5. I definitely want to get some linen tops, but come on, we need a % off! A 20% off newish merch would be nice :)

  6. The polka dot capris are cute. Nothing I have to have... I did some damage in the sale section today, anyway.

  7. Waiting on an extra percent off...would love the polka dot cafe capris, and a couple more boyfriend sweaters...ready, set...

  8. I like the raj paisley pencil skirt but I've just bought one, the feather paisley. Really I'm shopped out and I don't even want to see my ups bf for a long while.
I didn't shop the sale today but it looked pretty good.

I like those linen sweaters too but I wonder how they would wash up!

    1. Dani but I hope you called to get the price adjustment on the feather paisley, or did you buy it on sale already?

  9. Sort of of over the dots and stripes but I do like the dot capri (maybe with a promo???) and the linen tipi is nice too but again, with a promo. Other than that, nothing for me and really trying to hold on until June. Waiting for some more of the lovely sleeveless tops of years past for Summer...when are they coming?

  11. I'm not sure exactly what happened, but for the past couple of months now I am so BORED with JC. I am feeling like it's the same stuff all the time ..just recycled in different ways. I agree about the stripes and dots. How many striped sweaters and tees can we have?? Anyway, I never thought I would feel this way because I have been obsessed for years but I am kind of over it lately. That being said, Boden has been my new love as of late. I just bought 2 gorgeous dresses from their limited edition and I look at them every time I pass my closet b/c they are that fabulous.

    1. I cannot tell a lie -- I agree, CrewGurl. I still love my classic pieces and pretty much any interesting/colorful print, like the new paisleys, but a lot of the silhouettes for skirts and dresses have just not been resonating with me for a few months now. It's OK, I'm partly glad for it. My wallet suffers less. But I've actually wondered over the past few weeks if I was sick or something because I wasn't pining for anything, lol.

  12. I haven't looked thoroughly yet, but nothing jumped out on the first pass through. And AJC, I love that anchor sweatshirt dress! I think it looks cute on you!

  13. Some Mona pumps are finally on sale. What I wouldn't give for a promo on top of that.

  14. Elaine, you made me laugh! I have actually been feeling the same way with nothing to daydream about. My husband and I were in the mall last week and we passed by JC. My husband said "don't you want to go in?" I said I didn't feel like it and he looked at me concerned and asked "are you alright?" lol I actually feel okay about it because like you, I can not afford to go on the way I was. Check out Boden limited edition dresses if you get a chance. They are a very refreshing change if you are willing to part with some major money =)

  15. I also liked the look of the linen tippi...but went to look at it again today and the bright colors that were shown yesterday were replaced by pastels and the brights are nowhere to be found...I'm confused :(

I like the polka dot capris but I already have two polka dot skirts so will probably wait...summer is such a short season where I live that I'm better off to wait for markdowns.

  16. I wouldn't even have noticed that anything was new if I hadn't seen this post. Must mean that at least to my eye it's more of the same. Absolutely nothing stood out, no must haves for me.
