Seek & Find: Will you visit J.Crew this Weekend?

This is the weekly "sale watch" post, to help each other find sale items at our various local J.Crew stores. ;)

If you are stopping by a J.Crew store this weekend to take advantage of what's left (if anything) in the winter sale or to see some new Spring/ Resort arrivals in person, maybe you might be willing to share that with us in this post. In particular, if you could share with us a few of the noteworthy items that are available, at what prices, and potential sizes the store is carrying (as well as the store location)- that would be fantastic!

Also, please let us know if your local store is carrying an additional percent off sale. Thanks in advance!!! :)

P.S. I noticed that many of you have already been reporting sale items (and in which stores) in other posts which by the way "thank you!" :) I really appreciate how helpful we are for each other!

  1. On spring break visiting my parents in NC... will probably check out the Asheville store and might even venture over to Charlotte this weekend! Will report back, of course.

  2. Em,
If you've got time I think you should visit the Jcrew stores in SouthPark Mall and in Northlake Mall. Personally I prefer the one in SP.

  3. Got the Cotton poplin Sydney dress in Tea Rose this Wednesday at the Orlando J. Crew. Wasn't even aware it was available in that color since the website only displays black, navy and light pewter. Anywho, the dress was marked down to $89.99 from $128 and I was able to apply my student discount of 15% so the grand total came to 76.49. What a steal! The tea rose is the only color on sale though. But it fits wonderfully (I'm 5'9" and wear a 10, 34dd) and the color is much more vibrant and brighter than it appears online. If sheath style dresses flatter your figure, then this dress is a must (in any color! or every color!) :) Happy Shopping everyone!

    Thanks!

  5. I received the Seahorse Critter Tee yesterday and I really like it, the slub cotton is a much better quality than the Ringspun Painter tees that I got a couple of weeks ago.

    Happy Shoppping!

  6. Good morning, JCA's!

The very cool manager at my B&M gave me a stack of those 10% off cards and I'd like to share them with the JCA's that don't get student/teacher discounts. They are not combineable with any other discount, and are good in-store only until 3/29.

If you'd like one, send me your address (email: silver (dot) lining (dot) jca (at) gmail) - I'll put them in the mail tomorrow. First come, first serve!

    ReplyDelete
  7. I don't think I'll be going this weekend. I was there last week to see the new arrivals, and there isn't anything I feel I just have to go back for.

    ReplyDelete
  8. silverlining I could not send you an email I got some weird message saying client not set up for....Have you give out all the 10% off cards yet? If not I can provide me email. I have a few items on my list for the B&M this weekend as well as my online order utilizing the free shipping code.

    ReplyDelete
  9. Hi silver_linen, it would be so nice if you can send one of those cards. I've recently spent a lot of money at Jcrew without taking advantage of any discount :-(((.
I just sent you an email (from emallier@hotmail.com) with my address. TIA!

    ReplyDelete
  10. Anon 7:08 - I've got one left and it's for you... what's your e-mail?

Thanks JCA's - these went fast! If I get any more I'll be sure to post here. :)

  11. silver_lining, You're so nice to pay it forward like that, and it seems like you do have a really nice manager. I went into my local B&M a couple days ago. At the register they asked for my email, which I provided. When I didn't get a card, I asked if they were still running the promo with the card, and they replied that the 10% off card was just for new customers! I was taken aback since the last time in the fall when they did the same promo, I got cards two or three different times.
I sent you my address, and if you have a spare card for me, thanks so much! I will go out of my way to use it at the less conveniently located, but much more polite, store in my area.

  12. Daughter coming home from college for spring break - we're headed to the jc outlet (and others) this weekend.

Saw Slastena's post from her PS with pics from new catalog - so, won't be going to b&m until new arrivals.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Anon at 7:41 - that was BS that they told you. I used to work there, they have no way of telling who is a new customer and who isn't - they just enter an e-mail address and press enter. It's not like your name pops up or anything. That was not very nice of them.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Thanks Ullis!! I will check them both out and keep your preference in mind. My mom and I are both a little JCrew obsessed... so we could never go to any city that has JCrew without checking out the store!

Oh and we'll probably go to the outlet in Sevierville to.

I can't believe that manager said the cards were for new customers. How rude!

  15. After being on the wagon for the last month I caved and bought a few items; esppresso chinos, cords on sale, chambray shirt and the new Sperry boots.

What do the rest of you think of the boots, they look great and are featured in this month's GQ.

    ReplyDelete
  16. JCrew guy in Canada,

Love the sperry's! So classic. Good buy!

    ReplyDelete
  17. Em, I was at the Asheville store last weekend and there were some pretty good deals in the sale section. The Southpark store in charlotte is great too, and I always find great stuff there, but it's always so crowded and you have to face the mall traffic. The Asheville store is much quieter and out of the way. There's also an outlet store in blowing rock, NC, which might be closer to you.

(of course, you probably already know these things! :) I'm like you...wherever I visit, I always check if there's a j.crew and/or a whole foods around!)

    ReplyDelete
  18. Can anyone tell me how about the fit of JCrew slingbacks, such as the Lucie or Twyla heels? Does the strap actually stay on your ankle?

    ReplyDelete
  19. anon8:04, thanks for commiserating. I think they did it to get back at me for doing online returns! The thing is, if that's what it was, I'm kind of mad at myself. I thought the people there were pretty nice, but I'd seen several comments online that the Ann Arbor crew was really stuck up and talked behind customers' backs. I guess, once again, I was wrong and everyone else was right. The "silver lining" to my story is that silver_lining is graciously sending me a promo card! I will be sure to use it at the big, nice J.crew that's farther away. Thanks again, silver_lining!

    ReplyDelete
  20. Anonymous @ 8:45; thanks. I think they will be a good buy and I like how they are not the regular Sperry, darker soles and more like a desert boot.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Melissa - regarding the Lucie heels, I'm not sure if the strap stays on your ankle, but I felt that the shoes run small. I ordered a couple pairs off of ebay - one in black, size 6 (my regular size), and one in gold, size 6.5. The 6.5 were a much better fit - the 6 was a little too tight at the ball of the foot. I have the Liza peep toes in a 5.5, so I would think the Lucie shoes definitely seem to run a little small. The strap doesn't seem very strong - mine weren't tightened, but just kind of flopped around.

    ReplyDelete
  22. J. Crew Guy in Canada,

Yes- more like a desert boot.

    These aren't your Dad's bluchers!

    Enjoy.

  23. Hey AppGal! Thanks for the heads up on the Asheville store. It is really nice how it is NOT in a mall! I really want to find the hemp suiting... at my store in OH they only had the jackets left. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Yes, the outlet in blowing rock... will probably go there too. So much JCrew, so little time! :)

  24. Just got an email,

    Winter Therapy
    Banish the Winter Blues

    All women's shorts - 20% off
Select women's swim - up to 25% off
Select women's tees - up to 30% off

Hope there are some good items on deal.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Em, I just bought the navy hemp suiting on FS this week. I was surprised that navy was available so I scooped it up. I am not 100% sure about the jacket but I am sure I will love the skirt.

I see the jacket, skirt and dress are al on FS today. Huge update, actually, lots of stuff. Good luck!

  26. has anyone successfuly returned final sale items to the store that are not marked final sale on the invoice? it's obvious the item was on sale (from the price), i was just wondering if it's not a hassle.

    thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  27. bkp - I returned something that was not marked final sale on the invoice and had no trouble at all. HTH and good luck.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Same here, no trouble returning so far.

Relatedly, a few of us Canadians were finding that out FS stuff never came marked FS on the invoice - possibly because we have no B&M here??

    ReplyDelete
  29. No, won't be shopping this weekend. esp. when I just read the jobless rate hit 8%--worst since 1983! wow! scary scary scary!

    ReplyDelete
  30. I love the sydney dress too. I got one in the watercolor print a while back and also got the solid colored light pewter.

The retail store didn't have any % off final sales, but the full price shoes are 25% off. I got the danielle sandals and they are now $73.5 (on promo for $98 plus 25% off). I love that it's a more dressy gladiator style and I love the softness of the leather and the blush color. Just wish the bottom is padded.

  31. OT - I did a review of the Sydney poplin dress on my blog: http://jadorethesestores.blogspot.com/2009/02/jcrew-cotton-poplin-sydney-dress-review.html
    if anyone is interested

  32. I'm probably behind on this, but just in case anyone's interested, there was a slight update in the sale section this morning. Final sale though. =(

    ReplyDelete
  33. Paper Bag Princess and other Canadian JCAs, which shipping method do you normally choose? I've noticed that the Express & Canadian Post methods have no tax, but I'm assuming it will be billed to you upon delivery. Any thoughts?

    ReplyDelete
  34. Paper Bag Princess: I hope that J.Crew is indeed being considerate to you guys in that way; it is a bit unfair to not be able to be sure of sizes and such without going to a B&M.

To that end, I have been extra careful in looking at receipts to see if items are "Final Sale - No Return"s. Some items I've purchased from the FS section online weren't marked as items I couldn't return.

Georgia Girl: I got that email too, but none of the shirts I'm interested in aren't included. :(

J.Crew Guy in Canada: I would say those boots would be a great(-looking) purchase and investment. ;)

    ReplyDelete
  35. I returned $250 worth of final sale stuff that was not marked as such on the invoice to my local B&M--no questions, no problem. All of it was problematic--inconsistent sizing, see-through fabrics, poor quality. I've noticed that everything I've received recently is marked final sale on the invoice . . . so I am pretty nervous about buying FS now.

    ReplyDelete
  36. There's no problem returning if it is not marked final sale on the invoice. It seems like the really, Really final sale, they have it marked in red under the item during the shopping bag/ check out process. However, the SAs at my B&M seem ickier to me since I've been doing some online returns but stay your course! It's your right to return things, especially when it's totally in line with stated policies, like returns are OK unless it is marked FS. HTH

    ReplyDelete
  37. I have a silly question... I recently received a catalog with a little insert that says, "Shop at Jcrew.com and the shipping's on us. See inside for details." Where inside am I supposed to be looking exactly? I'm trying to find a code, but I'm not seeing one. Any guidance would be appreciated!!

    ReplyDelete
  38. I was able to pick up the Travel Trench on sale today. I added a few other items but nothing came up with red Final Sale on the checkout.

Can anyone offer an opinion or mini-review on the Travel Trench? I'm hoping it is lightweight, as I'd love to take it on my travels soon. ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  39. i went to a b&m store and purchased sale items. the sales woman said sale items are returnable unless they're an additional percentage off. i returned something so know it was truth! hope that helps.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Anon @ 11:39 - I'm feeling your pain about SAs being icky. What is it to them if we make a return? Is it coming out of their paycheck? Do they dislike the "extra work" involved on a return? I know I am overly sensitive, but I really get upset when SAs (anywhere) give an attitude if you have to make a return. I know there are some shoppers who return a lot of items, but I'm not one of those people and I really resent it when they act all surly for the duration of my transaction!

    ReplyDelete
  41. Hi Connie, I always choose Canada Ground (UPS). The tax is always billed upfront. I don't know how the others would work...

Yes Drew a Blank, it is hard to buy exclusively online! I think I've got the sizing down pat (as much as it can be) but JC is very skilled at styling things so as to mask bad textures and other weird things! Darn them and their lighting trickery!! (:

    ReplyDelete
  42. BTW, the reviews you all post help us Canadian shoppers A LOT!!!!! Thanks!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  43. If anyone sees a black Penny boucle tweed in size 0, or a merino Paige jacket in black size 0, I'd be so grateful if you'd let me know. I've been stalking these in FS and haven't been quick enough . . . and with the slim pickins for spring (IMO), I've become even more obsessed . . . TIA and happy weekend to all!

    ReplyDelete
  44. I just went to my San Diego B&M this wk for the first time in quite awhile to do massive returns from all my online ordering and they had multiple promos (not markdowns, but temporary lower prices) on items throughout the store. Some stuff was the same marked down prices as online (keegan, stretch 3/4 sleeve button-ups), but the summerweight bermudas and sateen pencil skirt were both 20% off, as well as a variety of the tees. Before I went I promised myself I wouldn't buy anything full price since they seem to be marking things down online after only a few wks. But w/ the promos, it reminded me that I should go to my B&M more since they frequently do have promos and then I can get new arrivals sooner for the same price that they go on sale after a few wks/months. Good luck if you get a chance to go this wkd!

    ReplyDelete
  45. Anon @ 11:49: there should be an insert in the middle or on the last page of the catalog with the code, but it happened to me once that no matter how hard I looked, it was nowhere to be found (and I knew where to look). Probably someone ripped it off before the catalog made it to your mailbox. In that occasion, I just called them and explained the situation and they sent me another one with the code (I tried to obtain it on the phone but the SA was a hard piece). Good luck!

    ReplyDelete
  46. Melissa - I have the Twyla heels in the orange suede color and what has kept the strap on my heel was tightening it as far as possible. I think these shoes run narrow, which is good for me since I have small feet. I think they are TTS though.

  47. Xoxo- it is a fantastic piice. Shannon (of Wardrobe Reviews) made great review post out of it and provided real life pic. I tried it in store and was immediately hooked. It carries perfect weight for Spring, impeccably tailored and universally flattering. It's finally warming up here in MD, can't wait to start wearing it.
    Below are my styling suggestions:
    Set 1
    Set 2

  48. For whoever asked, I love the travel trench! I picked it up in navy and am thinking of going back to get one in khaki. It's very comfortable and easy to carry. I think it's the perfect jacket to wear when it starts to cool off but isn't super cold!

I was at South Coast Plaza (CA) yesterday and they had a lot of sale stuff. Many travel trenches in both colors, light pink sateen skirts ($29.99), many Wendy skirts in different colors/sizes, some of the yellow print gladiola skirts and dresses, a lot of cashmere cardigans marked down to $99, jacquard print tunics, merino michelle cardigans (mostly fuschia and yellow, but also black, cream, and white marked down), merino v-neck sweaters, bunches of socks, belts, and little make-up bags, plus a few of the metallic Thompson totes (I saw gold and guava, and I snagged a silver). No extra percent off, but that means it's all returnable! :)

    ReplyDelete
  49. 12:31, I just hate that I thought, until recently, that "my" SAs were nice and unjustly maligned, like I didn't see how I was really being treated or something. It doesn't make sense for them to act that way, either. I worked retail for several years, and as a waitress for several more, and the one thing I know for certain is that humans should behave decently to each other, but often don't. I think the only retail outfit that I frequent that has FLAWLESS customer service is Sephora. The people that work there seem to love their jobs, and the company's returns policy is the best out there. Doesn't work for you for whatever reason? Return it. No receipt? Store credit. And there's never, ever any snippiness. I really wish JC was like that. A returns policy like Sephora's indicates to me that they stand behind what they sell, and for JC to deny a return is like they're saying, "ew, we don't want it back either!"

  51. Thank you Slastena and Lynzeroo for the info on the travel trench. I expect I will like it very much. I wear a trench often as my spring/fall coat and don't have one in this fresh color, most of mine are dark. It wasn't a huge markdown but I'm happy to get it because it sold out fast. Surely a good sign of how lovely it is.

  54. I might head out to the International Plaza store in Tampa, FL this weekend. I just love that store, the SA's are SUPER NICE and always really really helpful. I have yet to have a bad experience there! Has anyone in the Tampa area visited the Ellington Outlet JC store recently?

  59. Belle de Jour there is nothing wrong with asking people to keep an eye out but as xoxo mentioned, it is easier to do when you name the pieces you are interested in. Lots of JCAs ask about certain pieces and lots of JCAs report back so your post is welcome. there is no need to let one snide comment ruin your day.

  60. Can I ask for opinions on the fireball necklace I am contemplating buying this weekend? I love it but ... is it worth buying? Length okay? Will the rinestones fall out? Missed the Taj Mahal, and I've always wanted something similar. Any input/help appreciated!

  61. xoxo-
LOVE my travel trench! I practically live in it. I live in Dallas and it has been cool in the mornings but warms up considerably by afternoon. This jacket is perfect for that b/c it provides enough warmth but it is also lightweight. The travel trench also packs well. The belt is kind of long on me so I just tie it and it looks fine. I also like to leave the jacket open and tie the belt behind the jacket. I did notice that the shoulders are very narrow. I had to size up to a 2 from my normal 0 size. I have it navy and I might get it in the tan color as well.

  62. Hey ladies, thanks so much for the feedback on the Sperrys.

As to the Canadian shipping, I usually go with Canadian ground which is UPS and have it shipped to work so I don't have to worry about missing the delivery. They always charge the tax upfront as well.

  63. Interesting find at my local j.crew outlet...dauphine sandles from last summer. I used to work at the outlet and the mgr told me that most of the clearance stuff they are getting in is stuff directly from retail. They had the dauphine, and 2 espadrille styles. They looked mainly like returns, but I found the bright yellow in the dauphene that looked like they had never been touched. NICE! They were 59.50, but 30% off. Plus my handy 15% off student discount. YEAH!

  66. I was at the Burlington, MA store earlier today. No additional % off sale, but lots of new spring items including a beautiful new cami that I haven't seen online or in the catalog. Similar in cut to the silk garland cami but has a silk ribbon bow along the neckline. One had an ivory colored bottom with a contrast silk ribbon in a tan color. Wow. The fabric was a little sheer though.

I also spotted the tiered ruffle skirt that was discussed earlier this week. This skirt was a lot dressier IRL than on the website. It was actually quite beautiful, and I can now see why the $148 price tag. It's not as white as it appears on the website - light pewter is pretty accurate. The style and shape may not be the best fit for most body types, but the skirt itself is very pretty IMO.

They had 1 beaded zebra t-shirt left in M. In the sale section, ~10 snow leopard cardigans (mostly XS, 2 Sm) for $49.99, skinny metallic belts in gold for $6.99, metallic thompson totes $89.99, linen aubrey jackets in papaya and navy $49.99, 1 navy merino lea cardigan in small $29.99, black suit pants some marked $99.99 and some $69.99, ruffle cotton cardigans, chinos, safari tees, and for some reason a small ruffle tank marked $34.99.

The other ruffle tanks hung in the non-sale section, although I did see an "additional 25% off" sign nearby. Maybe this applies to some new spring items...? It just wasnt clear which items would fall under the 25% off.

  67. I return scads of on-line stuff to the Ann Arbor store, and have not been treated poorly by an SA for doing so. The store director is super friendly, and I have come to know a number of the SA's quite well as they've processed my many returns and they have all been nice too.

Maybe the SA was new and thought giving you the card was against the rules?

  68. @Anon 8:45 - some of us are trying to plan a Boston-area JCA get together - please e-mail me if you'd be interested!

PS - I love Burlington Mall, as they have Chick-Fil-A - I have been known to drive all the way there just to get my CFA fix!

  69. At Biltmore Village JC they had some of those Whisper Lame Zoey Tanks that some people on here have talked about... they had several 0s, several 8s, and one 12, for $12.99. They are the orange color. Otherwise not much in the sale section... I bought a Nicky skirt for $19.99 and the light pink sateen pencil skirt for $29.99. Using my spring rewards I got them for $3... not bad!

Also went to Greenville, SC store and brand new outlet in Gaffney, SC (just opened Tuesday). The Greenville store had nothing... walked out empty handed. Gaffney had the usual outlet stuff but had 1 retail item... the Kaleidoscope Paisley bag from last year with round black plastic handles. This is the only thing I bought. $28 with discounts and they had about 5 of them.

  79. THANK YOU to all the JCAs who helped with the following:

I had not thought twice about the snow leopard cardigan in the Jan. catalog, until I saw it so beautifully styled on FFM's and Joyce's blogs.

And then I saw the post from Anon @ 8:45 last night--called Burlington, MA and snagged an XS. They kindly offered free shipping and honored my teacher's discount. I can't wait to get it next week!

Could anyone help me understand what the outlet stores carry--there is one an hour from here that I was considering visiting. I called and they told me they rarely get items from "retail." What do they have, then? Is it worth a trip? TIA.

  84. Anon@8:56, I am glad that you've been getting good service in Tree Town! Like I said, I always thought most of the SAs were nice. (And I know that several are truly, supremely nice, especially Michelle, who left at the holidays.) The SA who denied me the email promo card was with an SA who I know has been there awhile and is usually pleasant to me, but she's the one who gave me the "new customer" remark. Maybe it's not the returns, maybe it's because I am one of those SALE ONLY types, and they are trying to discourage that behavior. It sounds like other JCAs are having trouble here and there with student/ teacher discounts, and corporate is lowering price points to encourage full price shopping, so maybe some stores are becoming more strict. The thing is, and I'm only speaking for myself, that experience will only make me want to shop there less. I will not buy things like clothes and shoes full price, full stop. Having a discount card will always be a draw for me, and the fact that I didn't get one that day meant I won't go back in to buy something until there are more drastic markdowns. I love clothes and the JC style, but I don't love the idea that I was being left out of a bargain, on purpose! Whatever that purpose may have been...

  85. Went to the J Crew in Mission Viejo, I got a bunch of the printed belts for 9.99 each and and short sleeve cardigan for 9.99, some pretty good deals, there were a few giraffe print shorts in Sz 4. Didnt really see anything else amazing. Still cant find the aqua paisley silk belt!

  86. I was able to try on some things on my wish list. I absolutely LOVE the scalloped shell! I will definitely be getting this. I also like the boyfriend chinos and would have bought them if they had been on promo. These run really big though. I don't think I've EVER been a size 2, but they fit. All full price shoes were 25% off, but they didn't have any that I liked in store and I didn't want to order. I did try on the HHF white jeans (marked down to 29.99) and bought them. I'm going to have to hem them, I couldn't walk in that high of a heel! They should really make some in short for the short people of the world. My favorite sa, BIlly, was working. He said that now is probably a good time for me to buy, with the recession and retail problems. Probably things will still be around in my size after a markdown. He said that they're the busiest store on King Street, and yet during the week they're pretty empty. He's worried about his job. I hope they stay open and busy. Although I would like to get things on markdown without having to order.

  87. I am trying to decide what color to get in the rolling ruffles tank. I already bought the natural color but now I'm debating if I should exchange for slate. I'm thinking of wearing with an aqua cardigan but can't decide if crew neck or v neck over the tank would look better.

Any suggestions on color or neckline?

  88. I visited a b&m store today and was really surprised to find that many of the items on sale on the website aren't on sale in the store. The gladiola garland cami, for instance, was still full price in the store, as were the meringue-sleeve tops. Has anyone else noticed this?

  89. Hi Marymoo, I will probably go back to the Biltmore JCrew this week and if there is an 8 Zoey I will pick it up for you if you want! You can email me at emilyeeg at gmail.com

  90. Anon @ 4:48 p.m.: Michelle was great--so friendly and she wore their clothes beautifully. We could talk and talk and talk about what we were stalking on-line and what we were anxiously waiting to arrive in the stores.

You've piqued my curiosity, because I had a guess as to who the culprit may have been and it was not an SA that had been there for awhile.

Sorry that you had such a poor experience. I completely understand what a turn-off that can be. I stopped shopping at the A2 Ann Taylor after some inexplicably cool treatment by one of their SAs. If you are not inclined to entirely chuck the relationship, maybe you want to think about establishing relationship with an SA who you like or with the personal shopper, Allie. I've really liked working with her.

  91. 9:26, I just loved Michelle. She is such an upbeat and warm person, and she'd always play with my daughter the entire time we'd be in the store. She's so lovely, personality wise and physically. I wonder if she's going to wear JC at her wedding? Ha, ha.

The SA who was doing my return and didn't offer me the promo card was a brunette I've only seen a couple times but the girl who said I wasn't new was a pretty blonde I've seen for awhile. I wonder if you guessed who? I may have to go check my receipt to check her name.

Thanks for the personal shopper idea. I may look into that, but I may take it easy on shopping for now, especially at the B&M!

  92. Boy compared to J Crew Martin & Osa customer service sucks big time! They cannot even give the measurements of their clothing. Who wants to order from an outfit like that, their CS attitude sucked big time, they could not care less whether they made a sale or not.

  93. San Francisco and California Bay Area JCAs:

Special thanks to SanFranciscoCA, Dina, and an Anon who started the Bay Area bandwagon this weekend, and now a SHOUT OUT to our sisters in the San Francisco Bay Area -- Yes, let's have our own JCA outing, west-coast style! How delicious.

Perhaps someone who has an eblog would briefly sponsor a sign-up, so we can send our email addresses? [It's hard to find a JCA topic to insert ourselves, but we could do Shout Outs for the next few days to get local sisters together, thru Alexis' Magical JCA site. Yay, Alexis!!]

Westfield in downtown SF would be a great place to start, surrounded with restaurants for a lite shopping-fueling feast, but we will also have Stanford Mall, Daly City, San Jose, Walnut Creek, & Emeryville for future JCrew frolicking.

Our East Coast sisters had too much fun for us not to host a West Coast version. Who's in?

  94. I recall some JCAs looking for the giraffe print shorts. Visited the Roosevelt Field Store in Garden City, NY and saw the shorts in size 0,2,8 for $29.99 and no additional discount. Their # is 516 741 2739.

    Hope this helps.

  95. Went to the Brea, CA store today. They have a brunch of the white victoria ruffle blouses on sale, but only in size 14.

Also saw 1 pair of size 7 wild rose colored Alessia MJs.

  96. I went to the Cambridgeside Galleria store in Boston, MA today and found tons of zebra tees in all sizes (it was the fish print that was running low). Plenty of Navy canvas atelier jackets in all sizes too. There was also a bunch of printed pencil skirts on sale in nearly every size, but I can't find it online nor do I remember what it's called. It was yellow with a gray floral print, if that helps.

  97. ^^edit: The skirt is the same pattern as the Slub silk-habotai gladiola dress.

  98. toast! that's my usual store! it's pretty small huh? we should go shopping together!

  99. I did not make it to the store this weekend as planned instead I ordered final sale online. I finally scored the brushed gold lame skirt marked down from 175.00 to 34.99. All the other stuff did not compare to that excitement.

  100. ashley - oh, how fun! I'd love a shopping trip! I usually go to the Copley store, but I visit the Cambridgeside Galleria one once in awhile. :) The Cambridgeside one is pretty small, but I love the way it's set up. The space looks much more inviting than the Copley store for some reason...
