ReplyDeletei must say, i tried to place an order this evening using the student discount online code, and i was quite surprised to find that it didn't work! the last time i used it was last week, and i've never had a problem using it before that. i called customer service, and they said there is/was no code to use online. i explained a number of times that i had used a code online, frequently, and as recently as last week. has anyone heard anything about this?
ReplyDeleteNo there has never been a code foe the student discount. You have to be mistaking it with something else. Never has there been a code for that policy.
ReplyDeleteYes there was a student/educators code......I just tried it and it was dead. I have used it for months without incident online. Got it from a CS rep after they verified by employment with email address. Made life so much easier, but now no more...........
