ReplyDeleteI ordered two pairs of pants yesterday from Everlane for a late fall trip as there has been nothing at J Crew that even remotely fits what I need. Hoping I will love them - on sale so the total bill was under $100.

ReplyDeleteReposting as I posted this too late last week: Has anyone noticed a change in Banana Republic sales patterns? It seems like ages since they’ve offered a an extra percentage off of clearance items.
ReplyDeleteI haven't shopped BR, or visited their site, lately. But they used to have percentage off Sale PRETTY frequently. Perhaps this is the new normal.
DeleteLast week I mentioned searching for black coveralls and finding a pair of dickies at Nordstrom. I ordered them immediately when I saw Madewell and Dickies were collaborating. They’re junior sized so I sized up for my long torso. I could even size up more for a slouchier fit but got several enthusiastic thumbs up from my family.
ReplyDeleteInitially I felt sitting and eating wasn’t comfortable but if pull up the legs a bit it helps. They have cotton and some elastane so they stretch. Another women’s pair is on the dickies site today that’s all cotton and I’m tempted but really how many do I need? The legs are full length which is so much better for me than the cropped ones madewell and crew sell. They look really cute with slingback flats and sneakers.
