Seek & Find: Will you visit J.Crew this Weekend?

This is the weekly "sale watch" post, to help each other find sale items at our various local J.Crew stores. ;)

If you are stopping by a J.Crew store this weekend to see what's available (if anything!) in the SALE, or to see some NEW ARRIVALS {sigh!} in person, maybe you might be willing to share that with us in this post. In particular, if you could share with us a few of the noteworthy items that are available, at what prices, and potential sizes the store is carrying (as well as the store location)- that would be fantastic!

Also, please let us know if your local store is carrying an additional percent off sale. Thanks in advance!!! :)

P.S. I noticed that many of you have already been reporting sale items (and in which stores) in other posts which by the way "thank you!" :) I really appreciate how helpful we are for each other!

    1. So lovely! The color palette was fresh and yet still spot on for fall.

    2. Good morning - JCrew would make a fortune if they just re released that stuff a la Marc Jacobs. I still have my donegal ecole jackets. They still look brand new and there's nothing else like them out there!

    3. Luxette and Flower Power - Yes!!! I agree with everything you ladies said, and will add...what is so wrong with offering a fall color palette in the fall? Let spring have its colors, and give the fall collection back the colors it was meant to have!

    4. Thank you, Melissa! So many great looks and amazing colours. That photo of the yellow Lady Day coat exemplifies why I used to go through J.Crew catalogs again and again. They’ve definitely lost that magic.

    5. Thank you for posting that Melissa, brings back good memories! I still have the ecole blazer and as Flower Power mentioned it still looks great. Also still have the satin rosette clutch and I’m ironically giving the Jamie calf hair bag from that catalog to my sister this week since I never use it.

  2. no visit for me... there's a sweater i want but it's not on promo yet, so i'll wait. i did a pretty large closet cleanout (i still feel like i could do more... but it's exhausting) so i'm trying to be extra careful about what goes back in and what i buy.

  3. No visit for me. I have also been cleaning out...it is tiring! I'm trying to keep the energy up to keep pushing through.

There's another 50% flash sale going on until 5pm EST. The snakeskin midi got marked down to $119 before 50% off.

  4. A few things that were gone popped back but I’m also trying hard not to just buy...I know I have similar items to what I’m looking at so I’m waiting until 40 off again...or just waiting.

I noticed a Jcrew flash sale at rack but prices were higher than retail and much of it seemed like factory stuff

  5. I received the Point Sur tailored sleeveless jumpsuit in 4T and decided the 4R fits better. The crotch is too low on the tall size, looks funny. The leg length is longer for cropped anyway. I prefer it with a layer under, a t works fine and so does a t-neck. I didn't try a button up yet, but that may be ok too.

  6. Saw a preview of summer 20 with Chris Benz and i have to say i loved the prints he uses. Madras and vintage Ratti prints will be back. Also lots of color.
Saw a tip dye beach sweater,a blownup sailboat print, lots of print hook ups and a rainbow seesucker shirt for women. He went to the Ratti mill and picked vintage Ratti prints like a scarf print and a jungle print. Not all will go to production but i am actually really excited about it. Also tie dye cashmere, intarsia, pencil skirt with color block stripes, paisley prints pants. A dress with a bow on one side of the strap. He used a ton of color! shapes in dresses

    3. Oh that sounds promising! I think prints are where Jcrew has always been strong and I’m glad to hear he is wanting to continue that tradition.

  7. Have a return. Received wrong item. Ordered stripe linen popover and received a polyester tie front leopard blouse. Reordered leopard tie waist shirtdress since it’s marked down & part of flash sale.

  9. No visit for me, as I have shifted to coveting a few items at Madewell and Anthropologie for fall. Also, like others I'm trying to be selective, as I have too much already. Not much at J Crew is that special... but thanks to those that posted about next season.

  11. Went to do returns yesterday- mostly of duplicates that I rebought on 60 off sale.... Bought nothing! They had 30 off reg items. Mostly men in the store shopping for shirts. Did not see anything that would even call me. Lol.

Still waiting for few orders from the holiday say. Some are rebought from 60 off:Featherweight cashmere cardigan sweater, Petite sleeveless pleated A-line dress in stretch seersucker, High-rise slim boy chino pant and some jeans for my daughter...

Did get the Adidas slides($11) for me and my daughter, we love them. Also seersucker Cameron’s pants in pink,
Stripe($20), Full length pant in everyday wool In grey ($12), and black wide crepe pants in tall($15). And probably did not need any of this... lol
