ReplyDeleteI have been getting very slow shipping/order response times online. Why am I paying for shipping when it takes 7 days to get to me? I don't think my latest order is going to get to me in time for my vacation.
ReplyDeleteStandard pricing games gripe! I got home very late from work and didn't have time to check out the new arrivals until the Factory First promo had expired. After midnight, I added 2 items to my bag and they came to around $60 including shipping. It's now 8am and the items are $74! I'm back in the cycle of watching until the price goes down again. I don't want to watch these items for weeks, I want to be able to buy at a reasonable price and wear my items! Are you listening, JCrew?
ReplyDeleteJ.Crew is not accepting one of my pricier returns because they claim "it was washed." I tried on the skirt, took it off and put it back in the bag. It was never worn for more than 15 seconds. I did not receive an email from them about the potential problem, and only found out about it because I had noticed a discrepancy in the refunded amount. I have spend $$$$ over the years and am extremely frustrated and angry why this lousy service.

ReplyDeleteWhy isn't sale pricing consistent? Keep hearing about others receiving 50% off markdowns, go to my B&M and it's 40%. The sale section bursting with tons of merchandise. I know 10% difference isn't a lot but if there were 50% off signs, that stuff would be flying out the door!
