I'm kind of disappointed - I was really excited for Jennifer Meyer's collection, but I was hoping for more delicate pieces like the simple necklaces she's known for. It's too bad there aren't more pieces in her line. Still, some of Tabitha's shoes are super cute - if only I could afford them!
ReplyDeleteI love the bell-sleeved cashmere sweater (but not the price, sadly). Overall, though, I'm a bit underwhelmed.
ReplyDeleteI really like the cashmere tank in aqua pink...but not sure I love it enough for the splurge! Overall, kind of disappointed.
ReplyDeleteJennifer Meyer is married to Tobey Macguire and is the daughter of a big Hollywood producer.
ReplyDeleteI like several items but the prices are stupid high. I'll be passing for now.
ReplyDeleteI was looking forward to this but then - cashmere? in May? Please, sell me summer appropriate clothing!
ReplyDeleteDouble meh!
ReplyDeleteTriple meh! And the prices!!!!!
ReplyDeleteLike Catherine, I too am underwhelmed by Jennifer Meyer's designs for J.Crew... I really love the jewelry she designs for her own line, but for J.Crew its kind of a bore to me.
ReplyDeleteIncredibly underwhelmed. The Meyer jewelry look like they belong at BaubleBar, the Tabitha's shoes are cute but I feel like I could pick up similar ones at Urban Outfitters or Anthropologie and the Elder Statesman pieces are way over-priced. The beach blanket caught my eye but then I got hit by a serious case of sticker shock. Sitting this one out.
ReplyDeletetotally agreed with everyone here + serious sticker shock!!
ReplyDeleteCashmere beach blanket. Why on earth does that even exist?
ReplyDeleteAmen, sister.
