With Spring in full swing, it looks like the Spring Sale (click here to shop online) is back. That means the dreaded "final" in the Final Sale is officially gone, allowing for customers to return and exchange sale-priced items purchased online (& hopefully in brick & mortar stores). {wahoo!}
I did a mock check out with a few items I purchased over the past few weeks that were "final sale" and did not notice any such mark on the check out page. So it looks like "final sale" may be truly gone! :)
Lastly, J.Crew has a nice update to their Final Sale section online (click here) this morning. Lots of merchandise for everyone (940+ for Women and 275+ for Men). Yey!

YAY! What a pleasant surprise this morning! I really did not expect to see this happen until the current promo is over, but I'm really glad it did! Now I may go ahead and try out a couple of items I have been contemplating that were final sale just yesterday. :)
ReplyDeleteFor those interested, there are a lot of new promo-priced items & markdowns today, too. The schoolboy in chambray and schoolboy in stripe linen are both on promo. The Heathered sequin tank, Collection No. 2 pencil skirt in gold leaf dotted jacquard, and Golden charm bracelet received mark downs.

I've got a few things in my cart, and when I went to pare it down this morning, all of the final sale stuff from yesterday is no longer final sale. BUT --- the Bennett chinos, which were not final sale yesterday, are marked as such today. A mistake?

DeleteThe cafe capris are on sale in store for $59.50, with extra 25/30% off it's a great deal. I got them in dark cove (almost a navy blue) for $41 and in poppy in the sale section for about $28.

ReplyDeleteI've been wearing the navy micro-tweed jacket a ton lately, and was thinking the boucle jacket would be similarly versatile - something between a cardigan and a jacket, and perfect for air-conditioned offices in the summer.
I have been wanting the Brompton Hobo bag for-ev-er and could no longer resist the sale price plus additional discount. I am happy to say that this lovely black bag is in my future.
