The $10 coupons don’t work since yesterday! I added it applies. I log in and it can’t be used. CS did apply for me yesterday. But idk why it’s not working! I tried multiple items. Not working. I got 4 packages yesterday and got 2 coupons. But I can’t seem to use them. Does anyone know any tricks? Thanks all!
ReplyDeleteI had to call CS to get mine to work, and she said that they have been getting a lot of calls. Someone needs to fix something.
DeleteAgree. It’s exhausting in all honesty. Maybe they will fix by tomorrow! Lol.
DeleteOT: just saw this about a new CEO:

Thank you for the link. I have one question, What took them so long to put her in charge? Sounds like a good strategic move, I wish her well.
DeleteHope she’ll work on website issues, and send the Copywriter from Space back to Pluto.
Delete@wellfedfred, may I add Saturn?
DeleteDidn't the new head of design come from Victoria's Secret as did Jan Singer? I wonder if that will still stand.
DeleteNo, Coach and The Gap
DeleteOops sorry I meant Libby Wadle not the new designer
DeleteYes Olympia Gator was employed previously at Victoria’s Secret

DeleteThanks for sharing! Great read! I love that they hired within the company and promoted! I think it’s stellar strategy in current times for employees and customers! Shows they value those who know the company best, have experienced an proven record!
Jan Singer’s tenure was quite short-lived.
DeleteThe new CEO sounds promising but I hope that she doesn’t make JCrew more like Madewell.
DeleteJan, agreed. I find less and less at Madewell. The majority of the sweaters seem to be acrylic blends and overall it’s way more boho than I like.

ReplyDeleteY’all see this?
Also I just returned the Classic-fit lace button-up top. The build-in cami was SO low cut and the whole effect was WAY too much skin to come across as professional, but the cut was too formal to wear out of work (at least for me). Weird weird shirt. Got it for $29 and returned!

ReplyDeleteCalled CS to find out if the demi boot crop pants (final sale) have the same measurements as the pants I bought over the summer (like four months ago). CS didn't know! Oh well...
ReplyDeleteI bought the Rory boot in both black and walnut. The boot definitely needs a zipper as it was nearly impossible to get on (and even worse to take off). I had planned on wearing these boots exclusively this winter season but now I am desperate to find something similar to match my new wool skirts.
