  5. Part vent, part review. After buying the high waisted pleated tapered pants in brilliant sunset and not finding anything in my wardrobe to coordinate I noticed the Parke linen blazer and the cotton crepe cardigan in the same color. I contacted CS who didn’t know if they would match. So far I got the blazer and it not only doesn’t match, it totally clashes. The blazer is an almost fluorescent red orange and the pants area little darker and slightly muted.
Honestly I didn’t pay much attention to the fit of the blazer because the color is so off. My guess is the cardigan will be closer to the blazer than the pants.
I guess calling something the same exact specific name doesn’t mean they match anymore. FWIW, there was another blazer the same color name that was shown with the pants as well and a reviewer said it didn’t match either.

  6. Chris Benz leaving is good for my wallet. I bought so much this year!

  7. I was only a fan of a small rollout in the beginning. Other than that, I never really cared for any of the rollouts after that one. I saw his work years ago when he was hired to design for Bill Blass and I thought it was really bad so when he became the head designer for JCrew I wasn't excited at all.
