    I got a puppy email yesterday and today an email with suggestions of TEN items I may want based on my recent shopping. Ten seems a bit excessive, and three of the items on the suggestion list are items I already own in other colors. No, thanks.

    The “your order is on schedule” emails drive me crazy. Just ship my order! Five days now with no movement. Grrr!

      Macy’s shipped my order next day. BR shipped same day. Still waiting on 3 J Crew orders. I get free shipping from all 3 stores. J Crew is definitely the slowest every time.

      same. placed a Nordstrom order on Sunday and had it yesterday. Shipped USPS no less.

      Same. I have a backordered hyacinth perfect shirt that got pushed back even further, and the signature tartan button down I recently ordered is "on schedule" as per email. Haven't they been practically giving those signature shirts away?

      Gap brands have been very fast for me lately.
