ReplyDeleteI had the BEST experience at the Factory yesterday! I was pleasantly surprised to find that in-stores only, the factory has a version of the No. 2 pencil skirt in 4 colors (black, olive, grey, and rose). The pickings were pretty sparse at my store, but an SA helped me find black & grey in the store and then helped me locate an olive one to have shipped to me. She even made sure they gave me the promotion they were running in their store because the other store wasn't running it!
ReplyDeleteThey also honored online price of the perfect shirt in flannel of $19.99 PLUS the in-store promotion of 20% off! Kudos to the Lighthouse Place J. Crew factory!
I wasn't originally very impressed with the tipi sweater but got one during all of the sales, in green, I wore it again last night and have been really enjoying it, it's definitely getting worn often.
ReplyDeleteI emailed customer service a few weeks ago about how I had been treated by the sale associates at the san francisco store. I received a call back from the market director... Well she emailed and called me... apologized and entirely fixed the situation. Even foudn the items I was looking for and really made me feel special. She has since connected me with an awesome PS and has still continued to assist me when I need something!

ReplyDeleteThere is an awesome PS in my store who is super helpful, even over the phone! I didn't want to drag my kids to the B&M, but have been eyeing the blackwatch plaid #2 pencil skirt for a while now. Called, and my store didn't have my size, but confirmed the skirt is $49.99 plus an extra 30% off in-store. This sweet PS looked up the skirt, found one in MA, and did a charge send for me over the phone--even allowing me to give her two forms of payment, so I could finish out a giftcard. So awesome! With shipping, it will be the same price as online, but I'll be saving the $9, I guess, in essence, plus no doubt saving more $$ by not going into the store and being tempted to purchase more ;) Helpful PS's rule!!

ReplyDeleteBig shout out to my wonderful JCAs at Park Meadows. They called on the red phone and CS found me the Engineer Coat in my size on sale with the 30% off. It was waiting for me when I got back from my Xmas visiting family trip. I love it, I wear mostly jeans in the winter and it is perfect. I had to go in to thank them in person wearing the coat of course :)
