Rewards cards are being mailed to qualifying card members now! :)"Thanks!" to Bug Pin (in this post) who let us know that you can "Call them and ask them to apply it to your recent order" if you qualify for a rewards card and have not received it yet.
So if you are a card member, *check* your mail to see if you got your Rewards Card! :)
