ReplyDeleteRe codes: I wound up receiving three different codes at three different addresses. Yes, I am a little greedy, and in the past, I've been able to use separate codes to make separate purchases, but after I made one purchase I found that the other codes were invalid--one I tried to use myself and one I gave to another JCA. I called CS (my personal shopper had left for the day)and they would not honor the other codes. (I didn't push it because I HAD already made a purchase, but the fine print didn't say one per customer.)

And hey, I received the catalog. That is four in a row!
I know how odd this sounds, but I like the catalog itself better than I like the stuff in it! LOL! It reads and looks like a little lifestyle magazine, and I like that.

Elaine - I like the catalog, too, but not overly thrilled about anything. A lot of it is res-hash. Yet I still manage to always have $1k in my fantasy cart online. That J Crew dumps regularly, of course.

ReplyDeleteIt's disappointing, but good for my wallet because there are some holiday makeup collections coming out in October (Guerlain Liu, Chanel Eclats du Soir) that look amazing. Looks like I'll have the funds to indulge in those instead :)

ReplyDeleteI think this catalog is a vast improvement over september's. it's more reminiscent of last fall's catalogs IMO. so glad there are looks without neons!
