Seek & Find: Will you visit J.Crew this Weekend?

This is the weekly "sale watch" post, to help each other find sale items at our various local J.Crew stores. ;)

If you are stopping by a J.Crew store this weekend to see what's available (if anything!) in the SALE, or to see some NEW ARRIVALS {sigh!} in person, maybe you might be willing to share that with us in this post. In particular, if you could share with us a few of the noteworthy items that are available, at what prices, and potential sizes the store is carrying (as well as the store location)- that would be fantastic!

Also, please let us know if your local store is carrying an additional percent off sale. Thanks in advance!!! :)

P.S. I noticed that many of you have already been reporting sale items (and in which stores) in other posts which by the way "thank you!" :) I really appreciate how helpful we are for each other!

  1. Nothing for me at J Crew this weekend, I’m done til next week’s new arrivals, but I did check out the early Spring arrivals at Boden, which I haven’t done in a long time. What a disappointment! What has happened to them? I used to love Boden for cheery prints and pretty summer dresses - they were so good at cute dresses - but they seem to be singing from the same songbook as J Crew these days with ugly colors and sloppy designs. Is this trend ever going to end?

  2. A surprise deal this morning—Ella long sweater coat for $26. AD753. Before discount. I wear my Alex mill one around the house all year and am annoyed I just got a bad pull on it. The JCrew one does have poly in the mix and reviews say it’s very oversized but hopefully a good enough layering piece.

  3. Got this on popback after hesitating. I’m shocked it even shipped.

I decided I’d treat this like a regular button down. Even though the blue is a little out of my usual I think the fact that it’s not the white makes it a little more special for me. Somehow I have a bunch of scarves that have the same blue color so I chose one from a few years ago to wear as a belt. At first I preferred with black high rise wide leg but I also really like it with my two pairs of high rise wide leg jeans. The scarf breaks up the color just enough. At first I was like eh I didn’t need this but now I’m so glad I got it. It feels very chic and a little unexpected.

    3. Thank you Tara. The other positive, it’s a close cousin to the Pantone color of the year AKA periwinkle. Not that I ever really care about that but it’s a cute coincidence.

I have Never seen this model/woman/influencer’s posts but at first I thought it was a JCrew shot and thought, nice to see someone a little more mature and how nice the lilac looks on her. I wondered about the strappy sandals but whatever. Anyway it seems they just reposted her images. I don’t know though.
At any rate the jeans look better on her than they do the JCrew shots, as does the sweater, IMO.

    2. Suz, she certainly does look better than anyone as I posted below. I also read she’s a personal trainer and around 56. Looks better than her daughter too. Thanks for posting.

  5. Now that’s a “Hot Look”. She even makes loungewear seductive looking! There isn’t one model in any current Jcrew ad campaign that looks as fabulous as she. She’s healthy looking, self confident, provocative and exudes class all at the same time during this photo shoot. Never seen a JCrew sweater look any better.
