WHERE IS THE NEW WISH LIST?!
ReplyDeleteI recently received an item, a girls Chateau Parka, that was final sale but it was missing the fur trim for the hood. When I called to get the item authorized for a return CS refunded me and marked the item as returned in my order history. I'm not actually sure what I'm supposed to do with the item now? It's already been "returned" and I've been refunded, is it mine now anyway or is that theft? They were so unclear.
ReplyDeleteno you have to return it. because of the mistake the credited you right away. but you have to return it unless they told you to keep it.
DeleteThey should have given you a shipping label for the return. If not call and get one.
DeleteYeah, they'll have to send me one. I can't start a return myself since it's already returned and final sale. I'll contact them tomorrow and see if they can email me a label.

It’s not just JCREW that can be slow with orders.
ReplyDeleteI placed an Everlane order a week ago. No movement at all so on Sunday I reordered some of the items when they had free two day shipping. Finally most of my order from 10/23 shipped but today they canceled one item, the oversized blazer. I certainly don’t need another black blazer but I can’t believe it took them a week to cancel it.
My order with two day shipping from Sunday hasn’t shipped yet either. The promo said items would be received my 10/30. I’m going away for the weekend so I wouldn’t have ordered had I realized how long the order would take.
I admit this is a bit disappointing. In the grand scheme of life no big deal but don’t offer two day shipping if it’s BS.
Anyone else annoyed that the wish list is still missing? That's usually how I keep track of the new arrivals I want to purchase and when items go on sale.
ReplyDeleteI've stopped looking since the wish list disappeared. I use the wishlist to mark things I like or keep track of what is on sale. I don't have time to check the whole website every time I visit and relocate all the items I admired earlier.

DeleteDid they take away reviews? I was trying to find comments on a few items and couldn't even find a spot to enter new reviews.
