2 orders I placed on 11/30 that say delivery on or before 12/12 still say in progress. The website is down pretty much every other time I tried to shop. And the only new item I wanted (Sophie open-front sweater blazer) finally is in stock in the color I wanted, but of course is excluded from promotion. UGH
ReplyDeleteupdate: out of the 2 orders, 3 items was cancelled yesterday morning and received 2 items today. Of course one of them sweater cancelled is now back online as final sale and now cost 50% more even with the 60% off sale. Give me a reason why I should continue to shop at J.Crew
DeleteJust noticed that if you place an order now it won’t be guaranteed delivery until January 1. You can pay $5 shipping to have it delivered by Christmas Day. Wow! This is so absurd! I think they are losing a lot of loyal customers right now. I for one have purchased very few Christmas gifts from them this year. I, like a lot of you, am still waiting on CM orders and orders from December 1. And I have an order from December 4 that is supposed to be delivered by Friday that hasn’t shipped yet. I have my first of 3 Christmases this weekend and am having to scramble to come up with other gifts. So disappointing.....
ReplyDeleteLauren, I’m in the same situation. Christmas w the in-laws on Saturday, my CM packages scheduled for Friday delivery after one delivery date was postponed. I’m not much of a gambler - do I rush out to get other gifts, or hope for an on time arrival of the correct items in gift worthy condition?
DeleteMeanwhile, an order I placed at GAP yesterday after lunch just shipped. Get it together Jcrew!
DeleteMe too! Late last night ordered from the gap and it's already shipped.
DeleteThey are going the cheapest route possible and the post office this year has never been worse. I have had so many packages say that they were delivered but were not...These companies, especially J.Crew need to get it together because they are losing good will and lots of business.
DeleteOrder placed 11/26, to be shipped December 3rd and shown as waitlisted. No response from CS, will need to try and call today. There had been a pending charge on my CC from J Crew for the item and then it disappeared.
ReplyDeleteI also paid for shipping since I wasn't connected to my rewards account when I placed my order, even though I had meant to. I paid through Paypal and didn't realize until after the fact. Whe n I spoke to CS at the time they said they couldn't link the order to my Rewards account so I needed to cancel and re-order but when I went to do that it was sold out, so I just opted to pay the $5...not that it seems to have mattered now anyway.
DeleteI finally got a response that said an expected ship date is no guarantee but I am still waitlisted without any assurance of a shipment date in the future. Will get an e-mail when it actually ships. Not very cool, glad it wasn't a gift.
DeleteI have a strong feeling this thread is going to be very long today.
ReplyDeleteWhat an insight! I'n actually not going to bother venting since it has all been said. I actually (*shame*) ordered a selvedge denim shirt today...I've wanted one for ages, ever since I gave away my way-too-big one. At under $30 wtih good reviews I fell for it.
Deletep banos, is it the selvedge chambray shirt, item H4670? I was happy to be able to order that one at 60% off + an extra 15%. Hopefully it actually ships! I already own the selvedge chambray shirt in coastal blue and I love it. I actually have 2. I picked up the 2nd one on Ebay, NWT, for $15.
Delete@Jeanne, that's the one! $15 is great, you got lucky. If it is as nice as your other colors, I will be happy. Thanks for the insight.
DeleteI have honestly never seen a company take a turn like this. I feel as though it has been years since companies started to learn that e-commerce and order fulfillment were going to become as important, if not more so, than their physical stores. I seriously wonder what the backstory is with j.crew messing this up SO badly this year.
ReplyDeleteI mean, it makes no sense that I ordered a jacket during the outerwear pricing glitch a few days ago and it has shipped; but the same jacket from an order the week prior is still processing.
Oh, I just had orders I placed Black Friday weekend arrive last week!!
DeleteI sent an email DEC 7 after waiting on hold for a long time. I had about seven orders placed that hadn't shipped and one shipped only a few days prior. I asked for adjustments for code SALELOVE, the sixty percent off sale, and was told the prices I paid were less. The only reason I paid any less is because I used a 15% off coupon for a few items, the prices remained fairly consistent aside from one or two items. I'm so angry I sent a letter back.
ReplyDeleteBesides the fact I'm still waiting for most of my orders for two weeks now.
DeleteTo clarify, I sent the email Dec 7. Got a response Dec 12.
Delete12/02 order of the ivy shale silk twill pants and the gray merino wool turtleneck has shipped with a delivery date of tomorrow. I was very concerned about this one since my size sold out fairly quickly in the pants, and they doubled the price of the tneck after I ordered.
ReplyDelete12/04 order for boy and mens slippers was skipped over (ACTUAL GIFTS)
12/04 order for alternate size boy slipper shipped and is due Friday
12/06 order for velvet button down shirt (which was previously cancelled 12/05 and this is the re-order) has no movement, although CS did get back to me yesterday that they would put a note waiving the final sale.
In other news, the waitlisted jumpsuit I ordered from Madewell 11/12 finally shipped after I live chatted and sent an email pointing out that it had been back in stock for one week with still no movement or updates. This annoys me because I was supposed to receive it by 12/02, and I have another jumpsuit I am holding onto to see which I prefer, as well as one I need to return.

ReplyDeleteOrder placed on 12/5, said to be delivered by 12/17. Just got the shipping notice today on 12/12, but not estimated until 12/18. Where in the world do they think they will keep customers when it takes a week to ship and 2 weeks to get orders? Shocking how far J Crew has fallen as a brand...
I too am waiting for my Black Friday sales items to arrive. The funny thing is I have had an order arrive shipped via China Post and then picked up locally by Canada Post which was on strike and it arrived faster than the JCREW order which just has to come from the US and they aren't even using Canada Post. I haven't even bothered looking at the recent sales they are throwing because what is the point? The shipping is so slow and considering they are supposed to be a catalog company they are more reliable to shop in store which is disappointing.
ReplyDeleteA catalog company that still hasn’t sent me my holiday catalog. I would say they are nuts, but I am clearly the rube for still going along with all of this.
DeleteI have a birthday rewards card and will be looking to use it in person when I make some
returns so that I can avoid adding another order in processing hell to the list.
There are three stores in my city and I would honestly never order online if they carried what I wanted in the stores. Whenever I check to see if any item is in the store, its never available. I question if that feature even works.
DeleteI would like to know why the long wait on tele for CS ? 30> Why my BF and CM orders have not arrived yet? why my credits for returns and or PA's are not being put through and why i have to call and have them put through manually? why did UPS Canada get the spelling of 'Parker St" again? and orders are delayed again. I am absolutely not ordering until Jan. now. I need a break (obviously)
ReplyDeleteI'm not even bothering looking at the site right now, never mind buying. I still have 11 items from Black Friday through Dec 7th that haven't arrived or even shipped yet. And the few items that have shipped are all coming one at a time! I can't figure it out, what is J.Crew's problem? I emailed customer service on Dec 7th and still haven't heard back. This hasn't happened with any other retailer I've ordered from or emailed this season.
ReplyDeleteYup. Dozens of my items are coming one by one and orders from Dec 1 still haven't shipped. It's not normal. At this point I don't even care, they took all the fun out of it.
DeleteYESSS!!! Online shopping is my hobby because it's FUN!
DeleteThe Standard Delivery date for free shipping just changed from 1/1/19 to 1/4/19 in the last hour. I'm considering placing an order (for things I don't need right away), but 3 1/2 weeks for shipping? That's insane.
ReplyDeleteIt's crazy. I was going to place an order early this morning but decided I didn't need the hassle. Final sale and not receiving until AFTER Christmas - no thanks. I'll spend my money somewhere else. Very disappointing that this mess has settled on my favorite retailer. Who is running the store that it has gotten this bad - or is no one running the store???
DeleteHi shopalot - I think at this point, nobody's running the store. I read a LinkedIn post by ex-CEO Jim Brett (from 11/19/18) on all of these amazing, pie-in-the-sky things that JC is and will be doing, but they are spectacularly failing at the only thing they HAVE to do, which is fulfill orders.
DeleteHey there, silver_lining - that's exactly what I fear. There is no one behind the curtain. I miss Mickey.
DeleteThis quote from the article silver_lining linked above infuriates me:
Delete"It's not about watered down product and mass merchandising - a point that has been misrepresented in several articles and posts. You will find lowered prices in the J Crew Mercantile brand. You see it was never about cheapening the core J Crew brand, it was about introducing Mercantile products that are accessible to a broader range of customers."
Actions speak louder than words. Show me, don't tell me.
yup. Mickey knew how to run a company.
DeleteI Emailed CS on Monday asking for PA as Coats were 50 off as well as the Nordic boots. 3 days later received a response that I received the best deal with original order as of course now they are no longer able to tell what items were part of the promo. So sad :((
ReplyDeleteYup...
DeleteThere's also going to be Part 2 of this holiday mess, which is the avalanche of returns that JC is going to end up with. People have waited so long for shipments that they no longer want but can't cancel, people are receiving wrong items, items with security tags attached, etc. Did anyone see the post on their FB from the woman that received a shipment of >$1K of store returns that were meant to go back to the warehouse but went to her house? What a mess! This holiday disaster cleanup will probably take them well into February.
ReplyDeleteSo we should see some excellent sale popbacks in January.
DeleteUnable to get anyone on live chat the whole morning for a PA.
ReplyDeleteAlso, an unrelated vent. I am closing my PayPal account after a long, drawn out, nothing short of hellacious, unsuccessful process of trying to lengthen my name from First name Last initial to my full last name, at their request. They froze my balance in the interim.
I've had my account since 2007 and it's been me the whole time. I've submitted and re-submitted so much personal information trying to prove it and it's never enough and it takes weeks for them to respond saying so. Photo ID, utility bill, debit card info. I drew the line when they asked me for a handwriting sample, which isn't listed as a requirement anywhere, and they have no reference to even match it against to prove it's coming from me! I don't want anyone to do business with them ever again, they've been so awful.
I’ve heard many nightmare stories about Paypal’s shady business practices, going all the way back to their early days. They tried to blackmail me into giving them access to my bank account and several other pieces of highly confidential information years ago, telling me they were locking my account until I did so. They claimed my attempt to replace the expired credit card linked to my account with a valid card was proof of fraud and I could only clear myself by giving them all this information. So I closed my (empty) Paypal account. No loss.
DeleteJust had one item from a CM order cancelled on me - the Tippi in blue shale. It's available now to buy, albeit finale sale, in almost all sizes including mine. WTF. With the current promo, I'd pay the exact same amount but now it's not returnable. I'm re-ordering and sending an email to CS when it does arrive (in sometime mid January I assume).
ReplyDeleteI also just got an email saying my request to cancel an order I placed two days ago has been processed. ... I never requested to cancel the order - and even if I had, I haven't been able to get through on the phone since BF, and my emails haven't been answered without waiting 12 days. This is getting bizarre.
Deleteupdate to my bizarre situation: the shale blue tippi that was part of my CM order and was cancelled today but which i reordered immediately after getting order cancellation.... has already shipped and is due to arrive on Saturday. the same item, size and color that was canceled today is somehow available to buy today online and available to be shipped immediately. i am baffled, and i assume this means instead of working to fulfill outstanding BF/CM orders, they are just giving up and canceling them.
DeleteSo I tried calling CS and no one picked up after 25 minutes so I gave up and emailed my VPS, who have not been terribly helpful in the past which was why I contacted her as a last resort. She explained that my CM order was being fulfilled by the warehouse which apparently didn't have the Tippi anymore so it was cancelled. But the one I reordered is being fulfilled by a store, presumably through a store return, which was why it was immediately fulfilled and shipped out. So I guess this explains why more recent orders are being fulfilled faster than older orders, but doesn't explain why older orders aren't being fulfilled by whichever place has the stock - either the warehouse or stores - instead. Seems like a case of technical left hand not talking to right hand.
Deleteeeps, I guess that’s one way to get rid of the order backlog. Probably not the best way, though.
ReplyDeletePositive update today! My order from Nov. 30 (which should have arrived by today) just shipped with overnight shipping, so it looks like I should have it by tomorrow. And the one item that had sold out since I placed the order looks like it should be in the package, so I'm happy about that, since I was fairly sure I was going to get the "we wish we had enough" email. Hopefully other people's packages will be arriving soon, too.
ReplyDeleteis the Wednesday promo the same as the Monday promo one was?
ReplyDeleteI think the Monday promo was 50% outer + 40% off sale?
DeleteWednesday's is 50% off everything, FP + sale?
As expected one of the coats I ordered during the 50% off sale canceled. I'm going to keep checking the site and raise hell if it turns up again at triple the price.
ReplyDeleteI tried to buy one item this morning. I didn't have a problem applying the promo code but when I went to apply my $10 reward, it decreased the cost by $6 instead of ten. Very strange. I decided not to apply the reward but I was unable to check out several times. I selected the free shipping with delivery in January, but it kept reverting to a $5 shipping fee to get it to my home by Christmas. I don't need it now and I figured I was doing J.Crew a favor but I could never select free shipping. It kept choosing the $5 shipping. Then I decided I would accept the $5 fee and email customer service, but when I tried to check out, I'd get an error message. After awhile I just gave up.
ReplyDeleteThey need to take a sledgehammer to their website and start all over.
a sledgehammer is a good idea.
Delete@ST I had the exact same problem! I ended up doing a ship-to-store, since my closest store is very near where we grocery shop. That was my only check-out option.
DeleteI tried to cancel an earlier order but they refused. The mess is going to get even worse when we all return our items because they came too late. Keep everything related to your returns as I am certain that none of these returns will be properly credited to your cards. My last bill was a train wreck - only two of seven returns were credited - I had to walk through them one by one with CS. TRAIN WRECK. This company is cleared doomed for sure. You can't run a business this way.
ReplyDeleteI have had to talk through all my credit returns as well . all had to be put through manually. this is just ridiculous. this is why I am going to try and not order anything. if I do shop I will do instore. but as of right now ...i am still cooling off from all my frustration with black Friday and cyber Monday order delays.
DeleteAre the problems occurring with mailed returns not being credited correctly?
DeleteYes, they are not being credited. Unfortunately the closest store is now 2 hours away so I have no other options. But I think I am going to shop somewhere else. Ann Taylor Loft has been a good source for pants and I am wanting all wool everything in winter which J Crew sadly does not offer anymore in any big way. Brooks Brothers is my new go to for staples now.
DeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone have a good way of tracking price adjustments? I've requested PAs on four orders lately, and I am realizing now that I am relying on them to do the math right - and I shouldn't be. But I'm also getting confused myself with which promo I am adjusting for, and how much off it should be vs. how much off when I ordered... and JC's order history of course doesn't show the final price after adjustments. Plus, so many of my orders are arriving piecemeal that JC is charging them one at a time as they ship. I can't tell which charge is for which item unless I go through all of my pending orders, which is about 25+ items.
ReplyDeleteIf you can deal with the wait time, CS can tell you over the phone which PAs have been applied to your order.
DeleteI would probably just email them though, unless you have the hour or so to spare waiting to get through.
Sorry that the holiday orders are not arriving on time. I haven't even placed any orders. There has been nothing new on the site in a long time except some very boring trickle ins.
ReplyDeleteI hate to say it but the writing is on the wall. Could Jcrew be announcing a bankruptcy or closing? Are they in the midst of crisis of a sinking ship and have let things fall apart? I have a hunch but could totally be wrong about this.
ReplyDeleteI hate to say it too but it does seem like something is seriously wrong. Pushing deliveries out almost a month is not a good sign.
DeleteI was thinking the same thing this morning. It feels like a company that has taken money from important areas to cover costs and is not able to make the obvious fix of hiring more personnel to push orders out (but is continuing to try to take in money through sales)
DeleteI certainly wouldn’t be surprised by a bankruptcy filing. J.Crew has been considered a high risk for several years now. But can they please ship our orders first?
DeleteThey have no leadership, no strategy and no money. Not a good plan.
DeleteOMG, did you see the picture of the tape-wrapped bag that somebody posted on JC's FB page? Yikes!
DeleteI wonder if this debacle is related to Brett leaving. As in, this is a result of new protocols he put in place and now they're dealing with the effects, or this is the result of the JC Board reversing Brett's decisions as soon as he left. Either way, it's clear they're having a logistics/fulfillment nightmare, but I don't think it spells the end. I feel like they've gone through worse - all those years of repeated losses. At least now they're operating in the positive. The Brookfield concept store is my regular store, and I just noticed that they opened a Madewell directly across from the JCrew there. They wouldn't be signing new leases and opening more stores if they were on the brink of bankruptcy - especially with Madewell doing so well.
DeleteDefinitely questionable behavior. It appears they didn't bother to add more workers during the holiday rush. I'm just hoping the shipping issues are because there were so many orders and they got a lot of inventory off the books. Trying to find the positive in the situation.
DeleteAlso, I think Madewell operates as a separate entity, therefore it doesn't have the debt issue like J. Crew and can open new stores. But I could be wrong.
DeleteYes Madewell is doing much better than J. Crew right now. Although I personally find their current styles even less appealing than J. Crew's (both are repeating the same blah silhouettes/color schemes over and over again).
DeleteThere are no new J Crew stores, those are closing. Madewell is signing new leases. I think Madewell will survive, Factory will survive, and the J Crew retail brand will sell only through the website, Madewell stores, and some third party only I.e. Nordstrom. We’ll see.
DeleteRuffles you are more optimistic than I am. The holiday season is what most retailers work toward all year. This year their holiday rollouts were late and one week into December they are trying to get people to delay shipments into January. I can remember when I placed a J. Crew order three days before Christmas and it still arrived before - much to my amazement. I have multiple orders sitting there and the shipments are so random with assorted partial shipments that are going to completely mess up when I can ship Christmas boxes to family. How do I ship the box of gifts to my niece if one of her daughter's presents isn't in the box? It's 12 days to Christmas and this is turning into a full fledged mess. I'm afraid to place more orders regardless of the discounts because I'm not convinced they will ever ship. I don't know - Ihink something is wrong.
DeleteElizabeth, you make some great points. An inability to fulfill orders by Xmas when other retailers are posting ten more days for guaranteed delivery seems like a death knell and the company won’t survive this in its current structure. I still believe Madewell will survive, and the outlet retail segment will keep factory afloat. However, if I get any J Crew gift cards for Xmas, let’s just say that I intend to hurry up and use them!
DeleteDon’t call customer service. They have many new hires that haven’t a clue to calculate correctly. I suggest locating a veteran VPS to assist you with your nightmare. I have close to 40+ items, recalculated several times, had noted price adjustments, located additional errors and still working on correcting everything again with her. This is a nightmare for her as well. If you are working with Comenity on the card side, file a dispute. Numerous complaints against them with the BBB. Something very dark is occurring with the company; obvious to most of us here. I’m even wondering if there is “corporate sabotage” going on. I’m not making any further purchases at this time. As someone else posted it’s exhausting. Yes, I’ve had some of the most histocally extraordinary deals ever from free to nearly wholesale prices in coats, Collection items and smaller items, etc, (not even having used my coupons or rewards) but I consider it a waste of my time now and simply not worth it emotionally. As for quality 99% of their merchandise is total crap and one thing I don’t understand is how people post their photos on social media wearing this crap and receiving false praise for looking like hell. Carnival time doesn’t start until February:)
ReplyDeletelol yea the bloggers who rave about J. Crew and get free items seem to have no issues with quality or fit. Very interesting.
DeleteOops, misspelled historically. Also meant to add that I am returning 99% of items due to terrible quality and simply ugly.
ReplyDeleteVery surprising but my Canada orders have been shipping pretty quickly and since they’ve been using UPS instead of Canada post they’re getting here much faster. I do have a few from Black Friday held up at the border since Dec 3 which is super frustrating but that’s not Jcrew’s fault. My more recent orders have arrived already or will be this week. Also when I called CS just now I got through immediately. For once Canada orders are working better than US I guess.
ReplyDeleteI noticed that it still says order by tomorrow for Canada to receive by Christmas. Orders only come from the warehouse for us so I wonder if part of the US problem is the sheer volume (more sales) due to orders shipping from stores too. Maybe that’s why they fell behind with the US orders. Plus some mail carriers have had delays due to weather etc.
I still think Jcrew has wonderful customer service (I know many stores that wouldn’t honor PAs the way they do).
My order is going to Canada and it is stuck somewhere between Iparcel and UPS Canada. Has been for over a week. JCREW itself is only part of the problem, their shipping partner has issues too. My order is from Black Friday and is just in UPS limbo. My order from China has already arrived...
DeleteMy vents are quality related. I too have placed multiple orders (some have arrived and I’m still waiting on) and after finally receiving two of the items I was most eagerly awaiting, I’m disappointed.
ReplyDeleteThe lace collar Tippi is very thin. Even with a nude bra, when light from above is shining at the right angle, you can definitely see through it. I ordered the black.
I laughed out loud when opening the pencil skirt in holiday lattice print (K2127).
The garment felt thin and insubstantial. The description says it is “lined.” The yarn lattice is overlayed directly on top of the thin poly lining. So I guess technically that means there is a lining; but it felt like there was no actual skirt.....just a lining with yarn on top. It’s going back.
I agree with the quality. I buy mostly sweaters and pants but I check the fabric content. It it's full of unknown fibers I won't buy it - I can buy that stuff from Zara for a fraction of the price. The cashmere is like their old wool and if you can buy it 60 percent off it's worth it. Otherwise, stay away.
ReplyDeleteYup. I really loved the wide leg wool pants from a few years ago, so when I saw the red plaid wide leg pants from this season I was really tempted to try them. I saw them in store and while I can't say how they fit the fabric (though I thought I read it was wool) felt really thin and they didn't look like they warranted the high price tag. The sweaters I've vented about plenty! I should be grateful the embellished fair isle fit like crap because I saved myself $60. ,
DeleteI ordered the embellished fair isle. It was awful. A one season wear that looked cheaper in real life than anything at H & M for three times the price. I sent it back before I tried it on.
ReplyDeleteI got the mockneck center cable-knit sweater in the dark green last night, and I love it. It's 100% cotton and feels thick and substantial like an LLBean fisherman sweater. I've not been pleased with JC's sweaters lately (see: Point Sur ribbed turtleneck sweater) but this cotton mockneck is a keeper. I got it on BF for $39.xx and it's a steal compared to the LLBean cotton sweater I got last month for more than double that price even with a 25% off sale!
ReplyDeleteI received four out of about 14 garments that were supposed to be delivered by 12/13.
ReplyDeleteThat's more than my 2 of 14... I've called twice (most recently Tuesday) and been assured they would make it on time. No status changes on my order history though has prompted another phone call. I'm on 10 minutes of hold and counting. So frustrating.
DeleteI just got a UPS notification that something will be here Tuesday BUT nothing has been updated on the Jcrew site so I have no idea what it is.
DeleteI received UPS notification that a Mail Innovations is expected to arrive late next week, but no indication of an impending shipment on the J.Crew website. Is Mail Innovations really an appropriate choice at this late date? I guess I should just be happy they're considering shipping something?
DeleteI placed three orders for 12 items on Dec 2nd. All of them arrived today as promised. Three orders came in four packages. Each package does include an invoice. I haven't looked through each item though. I didn't order on black Friday and cyber Monday. Now I am waiting for a couple of orders placed earlier this week.
DeleteI was promised my Factory order would be here today. Now they're saying only a few items in the order have shipped and will arrive Saturday. There is no way to find out when the rest of the items are coming. I have another order like this too, one item shipped, the rest is in limbo. I don't feel like spending an hour on the phone trying to reach customer service, but it's the only I can find out when I'll get the rest of the order.
DeleteOne of my orders of 6 items were shipped in two packages. One package of two items shipped on Tuesday by standard ground and the other package of 4 items shipped on wednesday by overnight shipping. both arrived today. I was worried on Tuesday after knowing only two items shipped. I chatted with two agents online. They didn't have information when the remaining items would ship until tracking posted for the items. Today after got packages, I did check packaging stickers of the 6 items. Actually all 6 items were prepared on monday.
Delete😂 you really can't send an email saying "BEST NEWS EVER" when it took two weeks for the order to arrive. I mean...a cure for cancer might be the best news ever. World peace, sure! A pair of boots I almost forgot I ordered on Dec 1. Delivered Dec 13, not really worthy of "BEST NEWS EVER."
ReplyDeleteLOL! On the FB page, under the video of the JC "Crew" there's a comment that says, "So basically the only 5 people in the world that received their order on time?". I laughed!
DeleteI got chihuahuas in my e-mail... maybe turn off the puppy emails until all your orders are fulfilled, JC. Or, permanently.
I ordered ten items on 12/2 set to arrive by 12/13 which is today. I only received tracking for three items (luckily the most important) that I will receive them by 12/14. Still no tracking, no CS answer on the phone, no live chat available, and no response to my email for tracking info. #jcrewventing
ReplyDeleteWhat does everyone make of the disconcerting new practice of not including invoices in all packages? I know that CS can find it if needed - but I don’t know of any other company I’ve received pkgs from that suddenly changed their policy of including a packing invoice. Combined w all the severe shipping delays and errors in return credits, it makes me nervous.
ReplyDeletePackages I received today include invoices.
Delete@rufflesm Security.More and more retailers have adopted this method and many others have been doing this for quite some time.
ReplyDeleteCalled for a PA, waited 45minutes and was told, items were out of stock so not eligible for price adjustment!!!!!
ReplyDeleteAfter 2 weeks of waiting for my order, the anyday ponte pants I ordered in a large tall arrived. The tag attached said LT but the tag on the actual pants said ST. Grrrrr! I also ordered a rainbow dot popover in chiffon and it is incredibly flimsy. All going back, what a waste.
ReplyDelete
