'Visited' J Crew online, very happy with the new promo of 40% off and ordered a few things that are on sale: metallic voile popover and Reese pinstripe pant
ReplyDeleteI did visit the clearance store in Arden and here is what I got for about $150.00. Crystal foliage necklace, a pair of the crescent floral earrings, scalloped edge black suede harper flats, black/silver jacquard harper flats,(had tried to order these beauties but could never get) woven leather gladiator sandal and callie sandal from last year. I also got a pair of scout chinos in lavender and a pair of andie chinos in white. Average price per item was about $17.00. I love going there and finding things from last year that I still like and can find other colors, especially the pants. Love the black suede harpers and my favorite find was the necklace. For anyone thinking about making a trip, you really don't need to wait until they have a warehouse sale, you can get really good deals there most of the time. I tallied up what these items would cost full price and it was around $985.00.
ReplyDeleteNice finds DD! That's probably my favorite part of a store run - totalling what everything *would* have cost retail! I went last week- my mom was at UVA recovering from heart surgery so I stopped for a little pick-me-up on the way home. I found the striped silk popover (cream with blue stripes) from like, two years ago that I have been stalking relentlessly on eBay and Poshmark for $28! They had one, in my size, tags still attached. I have no earthly idea where it had been hiding for two + years but I don't care, it's mine now! :)
