ReplyDeleteI visited on Saturday. Regular items were 25% off, while sale items were an additional 40% off.
New arrivals are supposed to be in on Monday.

DeleteI went by B&M on Friday night. Picked up both the Olive and White color of the Beaded Chevron Popover shirts. Very cute with the beading. Also grabbed a staple -- grey High-Low Crew Neck sweater. Such a comfortable piece but I sized down two sizes as it runs really big. I am loving the new fit of the Toothpick jeans. There is a lot of stretch in them. Grabbed the Black color and wore all weekend! Very comfortable and flattering. I tried several of the new "roses" pattern sweat shirts, but I just have to stop with the sweatshirt obsession :) But, they are nice, especially the Exploded Floral. Nice with the black trim on the neck and sleeves -- runs large, though. I also bought a couple of very pretty new necklaces -- the Crystal Peapod Necklace and Crystal Feather necklace. Wore them both layered over the weekend and got lots of compliments. Overall, impressed with the new stuff and the adjustments made on staple items like the Toothpicks.

ReplyDeleteSpeaking of madewell- JCAs need ur help-got the oversized Berliner satchel from last promo- cannot decide between black or dark cocoa. I usually like to carry one purse thru all seasons and thought black cuz it matches anything but seems like such a common color. Any thoughts? Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI tend to carry one purse all year and lately it's been a dark brown one. I like the color with many of my outfits, better than the black bag I used to carry. The dark brown seems to look less harsh than the black. HTH
DeleteDid stop by briefly over the weekend but other than the 2 items I purchased last week there is nothing from the new arrivals that I wanted. Picked up the Long Merino Ribbed Sweater in Vintage Violet since it was $39.99 with 40%. Sale section was packed and of course the 25%/30% off going on in store.
