  1. While so many things fall apart at the seams (no pun intended), the customer service is superb. I have had contacted them this year more that the several previous ones combines, and they always fix the issue! I am super grateful for that.

Of course, I would not have to call them so many times, had there been less issues with orders/items to begin with :)

  4. I found out they don't carry Jackie sweaters in stores anymore....So sad! The reason they have sunk is taking all the classics out of stores like Jackie, Minnie etc....But~! I was in the store the other day and there was one lone Jackie in my size on the sale rack for 39.99 and then extra 40 off....It was brand new Summer '15 and online full price...The sales person told me that when they get a return of something they don't normally sell in store it goes on the clearance rack even if it's full price online! I am happy with my Jackie!

  5. I am loving my Cargo Pencil Skirt (item C2430), which I am wearing for the first time today. I bought it way back in the winter months, but I finally wore it today. It's flattering and versatile and comfortable. I think it will be a summer staple. I'm wearing it today with the Madewell Mix Lace Top (no lace to be found -- it's crotchet and cotton) in black.
