I stopped in but nothing for me this weekend. I took advantage of the crummy weather to clean out my closet and do a good inventory of my warm weather wardrobe. I purged a lot of J Crew items that unfortunately did not hold up well ... The quality issues are real :(
ReplyDeleteMy shopping $ this weekend went to Nordstrom instead ... I treated myself to a bra fitting and omg what a difference. A great investment and I should have done it sooner!
Same here. I went into Norstrom to buy a bra in what I thought was my size and the SA asked if I would be willing to be measured and it turns out I was wearing the wrong size. I ended buying a different bra then the one I went in to get; a Betsey Johnson bra which I never which have picked out for myself.
DeleteI did go, just for returns. So much in the sale section and through out the store with mark downs and % off. We went from cold spring to hot summer in 2 days and like Ruffles I did a inventory of summer stuff. I have way too much and don't need anything.

DeleteI did go by the store and just because of Ina, I bought the silver metallic cyprus sandal that was on sale. I noticed them on her instagram and since I already had the black and the leopard calf hair, I knew the silver would be a great fit and addition to my slip on and go sandals. I also picked up the lace-up sailor tee and it is quite cute...

DeletePlease let me correct. "that were on sale" on my above comment...embarrassing. I now have these sandals in 4 colors. All of my sandals either buckle or tie and I really wanted a good slip on option.
DeleteI purchased the garden pant in seersucker (this is a great pant for me, may have to also get the midnight floral jacquard one too) as well as the honeycomb cocoon top in black. The latter is great for the office, in fact wearing it today. Has anyone found that the clasp on this top really doesn't stay closed for very long?

ReplyDeleteI didn't visit, but did receive a couple of orders. The midnight floral dress is a winner for me (thanks to Gigi for the great review, or I might've missed it). Also love the ikat pant (in tall)-hard to beat natural fiber, washable pants that are flattering. Score!
